DVD PRO CD KEYS DON'T WORK

I DECIDED TO GET A NEW UPGRADE, I BOUGHT BOTH TH DOWNLOAD AND DISK. I DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IT TO INSTALLED. I WAITED FOR THE DISK TO ARRIVE WHICH IT DID YESTERDAY. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO INSTALL THE PRODUCT FROM THE DISK. HOWEVER THE CD KEYS PROVIDED WERE REJECTED AND THE INSTALL ABORTED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM GETTING QUITE UNHAPPY. ABOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS.

new CD key or new License

I have needed to reinstall my Windows XP several times on my current computer and on a previous one. This time the DVDPRO would not activate and that I needed a new license which I could get from the ROXIO website. I haven't figured out how to do that yet. HOW DO I DO THAT

  4. I have been working with 1080P VIDEO FOR SOME TIME PRODUCING BOTH BLU RAY AND DVD DUEL LAYER DISKS. Recently I had 8 hours of Video to edit and from which I produced 3 video,s in 1080P Disk 1 was to be 2 hours of video with 4 menus each with sound attached Disk 2 was to be 1 Hr 45 min with similar menus and sound Disk 3 was to be 1 hr 35 min again wit similar menus. In trying to write Disk 1 in both Blu Ray and DVD HD at 1080P I am getting the following error. OPERATING SYSTEM ERROR H RESULT –0X80040207- The owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist-14 I have produced similar Disks before with excellent results. I'm at a loss as to why I'm getting that message. RON MC

    DVDit Pro Hd

I recently changed mother boards in my computer. In my old system with a single Processor and with Windows XP, I had no problems with DVDit Pro Hd I was able to record 2 hour movies on double layer disks with no problem. With the old mother board I had 4 gigs of memory. With the new intel mother board, with 2 processors and windows XP, I get error messages whenever I try to write files to disk that are larger than 4 gigs in size. I have only been able to write more than 4 gigs to a disk when I break the video into a series of files less than 4 gigs in size. All hard drives are formated the same as they were in the old system and I have no raid Disks
