This is fixed in Toast 11.1 (1065) posted on auto-updater this afternoon. Remember you may need to turn on show extensions in Finder Preferences to see the extension in the SAVE AS dialog box.

Can you try updating to the latest version we posted this afternoon, 11.1 build 1065 - it should be available in your auto-update.
If the issue is still occurring can you post the crash log as an attachment to your post please? We'll get it fixed up in short order...
An updated 11.1 updater has been posted which should resolve the issues, if you're unable to get to the auto-updater you can download the latest version on the software updates page and then upgrade from there. Sorry for the hassle, but we will have a full installer build of this 11.1 version available in the next few days.

It will definitely work, but you need to make sure you close Toast the first time before you delete it, it's possible the UI closed but the process was still running for some reason when you deleted the file so Toast was re-writing it based on the variables it had loaded into memory.

Sorry! I pulled the update over the weekend until we could finish testing an updated 11.1 build and as a result of the holiday weekend I wasn't able to do it as cleanly as I hoped. An updated 11.1 is now available on auto-update.

It sounds like the time and date on your system are wrong since the certificate doesn't show as expired in your screenshot, can you double check your timezone and date/time?
Most users will need to use Solution 2 listed below until we can fix this on our side...
Solution 1 (Works for some users but definitely not all):
1. Quit the Toast.app Setup Assistant
2. Hold the CTRL key down on your keyboard or right-click on the Toast Titanium icon and select open
3. Proceed through the Setup Assistant as normal
Solution 2:
1. Quit the Toast.app Setup Assistant
2. In Finder, click the pulldown GO menu and click GO TO FOLDER (or press SHIFT+COMMAND+G)
3. In the Go To Folder window, type (or paste) in: ~/Library/Preferences
4. Locate the "com.roxio.toast.plist" file and delete or move to the Trash
5. Close the window and launch Toast Titanium again
6. Proceed through the Setup Assistant as normal

For the moment I think we have what we need to fix this issue but I can't see getting an updater up today or tomorrow given folks availability this weekend.

Short term fix:
Delete the file "com.roxio.Toast.plist" in ~/Library/Preferences
I'll come up with something to automate this shortly, still working on programatic fix.... (and find out why it happens)
