I just finished a "clean" install of EMC 10 and loaded the update 10.1...Now when I go to render in VideoWave I get a message saying "Unable to build the render graph".
Grandpa...thanks for responding...but that did NOT...I repeat did NOT fix my problem. I received the acknowledgment of the fix...but still when I go back in to VideoWave...I get the same error message..."Unable to build render graph"...any other ideas?
Thanks again for working with me. I submitted this error to support last Friday and have yet to hear anything back.
PARDON my response for a 3rd time...the fix did NOT work
John...I have downloaded the repairer tool, only to get an "error code 2" when I go to launch the application. Do you have a link for another way to access the repairer?
Upon launching "Edit Video"...a lock-down occurs...I don't have any function and to "close" Edit Video, I have to Control/Alt Delete...just to close the application!!! Do you have an answer?
I went the route that you suggested and experienced the same lockdown. Only 2 months ago I was using Edit Video successfully...no problem at all...now it locks down...I have an HP Pavilion Athlon Processor 3500+, 2.9 Ghz, 950 mb ram, 224 GB HD with 94 gb of "free" space.
I have Creator 8, version 3.0, build 3.0.91a...and upon launch a screen pops up wanting to install and the presence of DAO file keeps interfering...it has been suggested to delete the DAO...but another application uses it (ATI) and when I try to delete...I simply cannot...the system won't let me.
Plus I get the following error message...
Runtime Error!
Program:...es\Common Files\Roxio Shared\SharedCOM8\RoxWatchTray.exe
This applications has requested the Runtime in an unusual way.
