I also downloaded version 10 today and had the same problem. The "find my order" could not find it at all. After many times of waiting on the phone, I found a link on the roxio website for "International" orders. I clicked on "North America" and got a different login screen. Supplied my user name and password according to the purchase order and all went great.
Sorry, I'm not sure what web page I found that link on, but it might be a good idea to email/call and see if the emailed information to you contains the link for your area and not some other area of the world.
