NXT7 Record your screen feature produces a video with no picture (black) but with the recorded sound part. This is when using the custom capture choice. Recording using the full screen choice works just fine and output video has both picture and sound. Doesn't make sense. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Wait...let me try. Oh for! It's the Encode choice! Once I chose the MJPEG encode choice, recorded a custom area just fine, both picture and sound in output video. Jeez! Sure didn't see any info about that!

How is it possible that the main Creator NXT 5 program will not start-anymore, but its individual programs, when chosen, come up and work just fine? Main NXT screen acts like it’s coming up, but then nothing happens, just a blank or black screen. Main program screen always worked before. Strange.
