I have had problems with motion since upgrading.You have gotten farther than I have I get unexpected quit. Started when I upgraded to 7. Emailing tech support is slow, 1 month to respond , so so far I haven't gotten anywhere. Looking for new product as a substitue in the mean time...They want $35.00 tech support phone call for a product u just paid for, what is this country comming too.

Since this reply; I tried reaching tech support by phone, on hold for 15 mins, then told I needed to go to another nmber and waited there for 20 mins then hung up.
