  1. Thank you Brendon for your reply. I feel so sad, and stupid that I did not back it up first. I had sent it in before to this company, and had backed up everything, but it came back intact. So, I assumed the same thing would occur again. NOT!! I copied and pasted your reply to assurant@circuit city. Thanks again for your information. Sincerely, p.s. Is there any free trials of Bot?
  2. When my touch pad on my laptop stopped working, I sent it into assure (City Circuit warranty company) who rebooted my entire hard drive. Unfortunately, I did not back up my hard drive, and lost all of my photos, palm desktop, and documents. Is ANY of it retrievable with BOT?? Thanks for your help! Lake
