  1. Ok, just had to use the program and here is the answer to this problem I guess, I followed the instructions for a CLEAN Install ( really didn't want to have to tinker with the registery etc BUT am I guess a little impatient. Roxio's instructions. Now my programs open right--at least so far. I think it had something to do with that left over dell oem roxio that was on it when it arrived at my door. & I told Dell not to add any software just the OS-- go figure.
  2. The procedure entry point? Arrange ButtonsIn Chain@CDSAppUtilis@@SAJPAUIDS Menu@@N@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library DSProjectUtilities.dll To make a long story short as possible and cover facts : I got new PC this week It came loaded with Roxio Creator 9 DE, I went to install my Full version of the software and it removed or was supposed to remove the not so full version that came on the PC. Fine it did that Installed my bought version after a activation key not valid and got that fixed no problem Well went to do a home video like I have done many times in past and Both the Video Wave and My DVD will not open at all. Cine Magic opens but I want to edit the video and no way is it opening I get the error message on the image. What is going on? Do I have to completely uninstall and do the Clean Install procedure?-UGH- or is there an answer to fixing the program. I have already gone to Add Remove programs and done a repair on the install it did not work. This is a first for getting errors in Roxio, it has always been a snap to use. I wish Roxio would not make a program to install that has to remove past instillations if that is the problem getting it to work right. Please help me--please?
