Thank you. I tried renaming the Template folder but that didn't work but after completing the Clean uninstall then reinstalling the program, it now starts up ok. Once again thank you so much for your help.
I have been using my DVDit Pro HD v6.3 for some time now without any problems but the other day I was unable to start the program. I received a Runtime Error! which said "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
I have contacted Roxio Support but while waiting for reply I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem who may be able to advise the procedure to rectify this problem.
