    CinemaNow Support

Has a former customer service / tech agent for rep, reading is very difficult for some customers. If you go to: https://selfserve.roxio.com/%28S%28ulwn3nzc...ow/default.aspx what does it say on the right hand side? Chat is available from 9 AM until Midnight EST. Or you can call us directly at: 1-877-793-7485

Cleverbridge handles all the PhotoShow payments from customers. I'd contact them.

    Absolute headache...

If you are going to uninstall the program, you will want to follow the clean install procedure. This will have you go to specific folders on your computer and completely remove the Roxio software. Once the clean install is finished, it will be like Roxio was never on your computer. For Windows XP: http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000...R?set-locale=en For Windows Vista & Windows 7: http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000...R?set-locale=en

    Software Refuses To Work

I will break this down for you: - When you download your product from Find My Order, you are downloading the Download Manager. This is an application which downloads the actual installer and content files. -- If you have issues there, your firewall or ISP can be the issue. I recommend going into MSCONFIG and disabling your firewall. - When you install the software, and you run into an issue, this can be due to your anti-virus, registry cleaner, program conflicting with the installation, Windows user account, OEM software, Windows Defender, honestly this list can go on. Now, you just say "roxio still refuses to work". That's great help for people on the forums to do some troubleshooting... NOT! Would you like to tell us what specifically is not working? What is the error message you received? Try posting some system specs on here.

    Not Happy Ozi

FYI... Roxio does allow their customers to upgrade to a newer version of the software. You have 60 days to do so. You have to call their Customer Service line for all that info. I recommend signing up for their newsletters. That's where all the information is.

    Program will not open

Did you try downloading and installing Service Pack 4? http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/c2009/software_updates.html FYI... You will have to pay for support seeing this is a legacy application. Roxio only supports Creator 2010, Toast 10, and DVDit Pro HD 6 on the flagship line. That number is: 1-866-434-9871 You can always check out http://selfserve.roxio.com for more support options.

    Software Refuses To Work

If it was a new hard drive, did you install Service Pack 4 after it was installed? When you were downloading the Creator 2009 files, did you disable your firewall? That can interfere with the download process. Any registry cleaners or anti-virus enabled when Creator 2009 was installed? That can interfere with the installation. Creator 2009 is a year old. Roxio only supports their flagship products for free. (Flagship Products: Creator 2010, Toast 10, DVDit Pro HD 6). Yes, you will have to pay to talk to someone. But they do have live chat and web tickets all at http://selfserve.roxio.com for free. Did you try submitting a ticket and/or start a live chat? And when you go to download your product, are you putting in the correct information? If you go to www.findmyorder.com/roxio, you enter your order number in both the order number and password files. If you have the extended download service, you will be able to download your product. Finally, if you downloaded the product 6 times, it does sound like either an ISP or computer issue. You should only have to download it once, and the download you get from Roxio is a download manager, which you can keep on your computer incase you ever have to re-download the software.
  11. 000d can also mean a full hard drive. Uninstall any unused or OEM products from your computer and try installing again.

Return to Toast 10 v10.0.2 if you are PowerPC, Tiger user

    * Macintosh® computer with a PowerPC™ G4, PowerPC G5 or Intel® Processor. PowerPC G5 or Intel processor required for encoding and viewing high definition content - check * CD, DVD or Blu-ray recordable drive* - check * Mac OS X v10.5.x * QuickTime® v7.x - check * Up to 800 MB free disk space to install all components - check * Up to 15 GB of temporary free disk space during usage - check * Internet connection required for some functionality - check So having 6/7 things makes you think that Toast 10 will run correctly? If you called Roxio Customer Care or Tech Support, they would have told you that it might be able to run, but they won't be able to support you because you don't have Leopard.

    Error 000D

000D also means that the hard drive might be full. Check your computer and remove any unwanted programs. If you have any OEM software, remove that as well and try again.
