  2. I am burning a data disc. I have 26 file that are numbered, however they won't list numerically and I can't find a way to move them up and down. I know I used to have this capability in another version. Please help? DS Running Roxio Creator 2011 v1.3.166 on XP Pro SP3

    Burning Data Disc

Cool! Thanks! Cause I don't want to buy a new software package if I don't have to.

    Burning Data Disc

I'm using Data Disc under Data. Is it possible it is the file itself? I tried it with a different file and it worked fine.

    Burning Data Disc

I tried to make a data disc, which I have done for years now, and it says it is going to take 44 minutes to copy a 350mb avi file to a blank cd or dvd. Then when it says it is complete the file won't play or says there is nothing on the disc. I am running Windows XP and a HP external dvd writer. Does anyone know whether or not this software has issues with Norton as that is the last software that has been added to my pc. Any suggestions would be appreciated because I already made sure my dvd writer has all the firmware updates and drivers it's supposed to have. Thank you.
  7. Please understande that I am dealing with someone who just knows how to turn on there pc (like putting gas in the car and driving ) He was using real player in Vista. He won't be able to try it again until tomorrow and then he is going to try windows media player ( he couldn't tell me what version). In the meantime I will give him the copy of g-spot and maybe that will help him out. I tried it (the disc) on my pc on media player and realplayer with no problem whatsoever. He has also never updated anything because he didn't know he should. Will let you know tomorrow how this turns out. Thanks for everything!
  8. Hi I hade some avi files that a friend needed and when I copied them as data to a dvd, they stated that they could hear eveything but all they could see was the screen savers that windows shows while listening to music. Any suggestions? The disc plays fine on my pc.
