  1. Can anyone help me out. I've been trying to go through Customer Support but getting nowhere. I installed Music Lab 10 in what looked like a clean installation. I also got the latest upgrade. The main menu loads but any choices after that causes the system to hang and I get a message that Roxio has encountered a problem and needs to close. I'm runniong Windows XP Pro service pack 3 on a 2.6 gigahertz pentium machine with 512 RAM and Windows Media Player 11 (I also tried 10 with no difference). I was using Easy CD Creator 6 with no problem and uninstalled it before installing Music Lab. Any help would be appreciated
