  1. Yes, I did put in the order number as the cd number, but no luck with that. I had registered the program. When I "navigated" to get my registration history, all I got was the order #. I will have to call support. I appreciate your efforts to help. Thanks!!!
  2. I would like to install my Roxio Photoshow Premium service to my new computer. I have my emailed receipt with an order #, but the Roxio site asks for a cd #, which I don't have. On the Roxio site, I had the solution to get the cd #, but I received the order # which I already have. Thanks for any assistance.
