  1. Same thing happened to me. Tried reinstalling update, deleted preferences file. Still broken. Most .tivo files display as large green block for video and no audio. Some .tivo files do play correctly, until you hit the fast forward button or click on the progress bar to advance the video. Then the video just freezes. I "fixed" the .tivo video replay problem by downgrading the Toast Video Player alone. These steps worked for me: 01. Download Toast 10.0.4 updater file and expand it. 02. Open the Toast 10 Titanium folder. 03. Right click on the Toast Titanium application and select Show Package Contents. 04. Expand the Contents folder and the Resources folder. 05. Find the Toast Video Player application inside the Resources folder. 06. Right click on the Toast Video Player and select Copy "Toast Video Player" 07. Close all open windows. 08. Open the Applications folder on your hard drive. 09. Open the Toast 10 Titanium folder. 10. Right click on the Toast Titanium application and select Show Package Contents. 11. Expand the Contents folder and the Resources folder. 12. Find the Toast Video Player application inside the Resources folder. 13. Delete the Toast Video Player application. 14. Right click inside the Resources folder and select Paste Item. 15. Close all windows and double click on any .tivo file that wasn't working before. Good luck and hope this helps.

    Tivo Transfer and Snow Leopard

Downloaded the Beta, but it crashes on launch. A "Tivo Transfer quit unexpectedly" error pops up. Opened Get Info and checked the Open using Rosetta checkbox, but it still crashes.

    Tivo Transfer and Snow Leopard

OK. I've got the same problem. All happened after upgrading to Snow Leopard(10.6). Tivo Transfer 1.2.2(058) opens "downloaded from internet" warning as usual. When I click Open, icon bounces a few more times in the dock, then just stops. Rosetta was installed. However, I did find an "Open using Rosetta" checkbox on Tivo Transfers Get Info. Checked the box and Tivo Transfer launches now, but doesn't see my Tivo box. I reentered the Media Access Key and it still doesn't see it. Tried the same thing with Tivo Transfer 1.1.1(049) from Toast 8 and it does the same. Help. Also, my old Auto Transfers show in the list, and it also shows my Tivo name under Source: at the top. No files show in the Tivo Recordings list, even though the correct folder shows in the prefs and I also re-selected the folder, but nothing. Tivo Desktop 1.9.3(008) doesn't work either. If I click the start button, it tries for a second and then switched back to Tivo Desktop Off. Mac2Tivo works. So my MacBook and Tivo can see each other, The problem is just with Tivo Transfer and Tivo Desktop.
