Has anyone ever actually received any technical support from Roxio? I have sent e-mails requesting help, they send me back a ticket number saying they will respond, but have not. This is really lousy customer support and they don't seem to care!
I am having the same problem!! I am VERY frustrated with the software as well as with Roxio. They make it VERY difficult to get help to address the issue. Has anyone there helped you with this. I think I just want a refund and return the stupid software!FRUSTRATED
