Keep in mind that I could be totally ofbase here but It looks as though this is caused by the removal of Pinnacle Studio 10 because the removal of certain non-Roxio applications that share file resources with Roxio software can cause problems. To fix, you will need to replace these files with this fix utility: http://tools.roxio.com/support/dell/isum_hotfix.exe Be sure all Sonic and Roxio applications are shut down before launching this utility. This hotfix requires a reboot. No reinstallation of the software is necessary. Please post whether this worked and if it didnt then we will be more than happy to give furthur advise :-) Tekno

    Not 100% sure if this is the same on that software but try going to the Help tab and then click Check for updates.. this should automatically check to see if your version can be upgraded. Please post whether or not this worked for you, Thx. Tekno
