  1. From time to time (not when I'm actively using Roxio Creator) on my Vista machine, I get an error message pop up: Interactive services dialogue detection "A program can't display a message on your desktop." This program may need information or permission to complete a task. : Program(s) or device(s) requesting attention. Message title: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Program path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\9.0\SharedCOM\RoxWatch9.exe : This problem happens because of partial incompatibilty with Windows. Please contact the program or device manufacturer(s) for more information. (Sorry, I can't seem to attach the screenshot) To make the message go away, I have to click 'Show me the message'. The screen then blanks until I acknowledge the Roxio message. This is very annoying. Has anyone seen this problem before and if so, how did you fix it? Thanks, Gary
