How could that be R8ders2K isn't even running Roxio software!
  4. Video editing software like Roxio never worked well on Intel Celeron processors they were/are lower end like your low-end graphics card not built for high-end gaming or video editing. I'm glad to hear you have it working on such a system! I haven't downloaded the update on a W-10 PC but what I know about the Dazzle driver is a ' Dazzle Video Capture DVC100 X64 Driver is Shareware software in the category Miscellaneous developed by Pinnacle.'. Unless Corel/Roxio & now Pinnacle is using their drivers?
  5. Of all the video cards available your telling us the only one that works with EV2D3Plus is your (Intel(R) UHD Graphics 610)? Now, this is a low-end graphics card built for mobile processors suited for compact laptops and ultrabooks what are the specs on our PC, and is it a laptop or ultrabook? Why do you call the Roxio USB Capture Device the Dazzle capture device? Please explain where / how you noticed the "new driver for the Dazzle capture device was on my computer but it didn't look like Roxio was using it anyways"?

Remove the USB Device and reboot the PC, now shut down antivirus & firewall software, now go into 'Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features' click on your Roxio NXT 7 entry and choose repair. Go into the main program and look under 'File, Tools, Help and look for a software update checker if an update is available install it. No Video Signal ! ?

You plugged in the Roxio USB Devive before installing the software that's why generic Microsoft drivers were installed. The most common user mistake! It wouldn't have been recognized Roxio USB device needs it's own Roxio/Corel Drivers to work with their device. Other devices need their own drivers to work. Once you get the correct Roxio Drivers installed try this update below. If you need help getting those drivers installed ask. What device do you have?

    video capturen/loading issues

If you are trying to "launch/install" the software with" lots of web pages were open" I think that is your " java script " error! Things I do before installation, in this order. Disable User Account Control (UAC), clean all cache, cookies, private data, clear history, delete the temp file contents (start run %temp%), run disc clean up, empty the recycle bin. Reboot the PC, close all unnecessary running programs, disconnect from the internet and turn off / stop antivirus and firewall software. Now I'm ready to install the software.

Question, what are all these, programs or webpages open? How many processes do you show running in device manager.

Your old software came with a USB Capture Device so does the newer version Roxio Easy VHS to DVD plus. My guess is your using W-10 with the old capture device and it is the problem? Several folks have posted here and described your situation and they too were using the old capture device on W-10. Old on the left new on the right, what one are you using?

    Product key does not work

There is registration and activation. Registration keeps your CD Key (product keys) stored on the Roxio site always there to recover. Activation looks up your CD-Key finds it is legitimate and lets you install the software then deducts 1 activation. You get 10 to 15 activations for most of Roxios software.

My next guess would be the Roxio drivers are not installed correctly for the USB Capture Device

If you have a problem with " my win tv analog capture card " it's not a Roxio problem! I told you an enabled webcam causes problems so will multiple capture cards! I doubt your Roxio will work if it does and doesn't show what your capturing that is the best it will get with the old capture device using it in W-10 and NXT7. Are you using your win tv analog capture card with Roxio's Media Import?
