  1. I only use Toast about once a year and it has worked great last 3 years but now it won't find my video recordings so I can burn to DVD. I record on 32GB SD cards in my Sony HDR-CX160 camera. Then insert the SDs into my intel iMac running Yosemite. I drag the SD card into the Toast 11 window and all it shows is the slide show files and gives a message that it found some files of unsupported types. I checked the SD cards and the videos are there (in AVCHD file somewhere)...but Toast won't find them. Any ideas????? Thanks in advance!

    Time Estimates For Burning Dvd?

Thanks for the reply. Let me ask the question a different way, which can perhaps help me in the future when shooting and importing video. How long should it take Roxio Toast 11 to import/convert 720? Is there a rough number out there per GB of video shot or by length of time of the video? Thanks again!

    Time Estimates For Burning Dvd?

Hello, I am new to video editing and Roxio and had a question about time expectations for burning a DVD. I realize there are probably many variables and I'm not smart enough yet to know the options. I just got a new Sony CX-160 video camera and recorded a two hour standard quality video. I am attempting to drag and drop that 2 hrs of video into Roxio Toast 11 and burn a DVD at the lowest image quality. Any idea how long this should take? I am at 30 minutes of encoding, and progress is only 10% of video clip one. There are 6 total clips. Needless to say if this is the typical time, I won't be burning many DVDs. The machine I have is an iMac with Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 3.06 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 3 MB Memory: 4 GB Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz
