  1. So, that's happening. After having issues with Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, I uninstalled it, and tried to reinstall it and this is what it results in. I'm on Windows 8 Pro.   2. I was wondering if the Game Capture HD Pro would record other systems than just Xbox 360, PS3, and PC? Examples PS2, Wii, Genesis, and any other system other than this generation.
  3. I wanted to buy this product, but I have a question, anyone who has the product can answer honestly. I only have one monitor, and I want to live stream playing my PS3. I was told you need to connect cords to your computer and TV. My monitor has a HDMI port. May I use my monitor instead? I use my monitor for my PS3, Xbox, and PC. I can switch inputs with a push of a button. So will this product work for me?
  4. When I upload a video to YouTube there is a green horizontal thin line at the bottom of the video. It isn't there when I am editing the video in the Roxio editing software, but when I upload the video, the green line appears on YouTube. Does anyone know a fix to this problem.   5. I have been trying to install the Roxio software onto my new PC, but my the computer won't read the disc. I don't even think it spins the disc either. I have tried other discs and they work perfectly fine. I had the software installed on my old laptop and used the disc to uninstall it from my old laptop. Someone please help me.
  6. ok folks, i'm just querying the possibilities which could be causing my i5-2300 Sandybridge Rig to reset itself almost immediately after i initiate the capture software on my Windows 7 PC.. this is a new problem which only started yesterday - but is happening EVERY time i attempt to get a cap screen up.. and it's getting VERY irritating Things that didn't work Reinstalling / Repairing Roxio HD Pro software - tried it System Restore back to 20th Jan dodgy USB connections - all secure and working normally Things that happened recently Of note is a recent AMD Catalyst update (13.11) which i did on Saturday which affects the GPU drivers, i haven't investigated this avenue yet but i'm thinking the timing coincidence of the update and this problem are worth investigation... Anyway here's my PC Specs i5-2300 @ 3467mhz (25C idle & 50C load) Asus P67-LE Motherboard XMS 2 x 4GB DDR3 @ 1600mhz Sapphire HD7770 Ghz 1GB (27-32C idle, 43C load) 800w PSU Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
  7. Well I have recently bought the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro and when I go to install I click it and it says sorry and that the wizard is interrupted? Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help! I will put a picture of what it is saying below this.PLEASE HELP! And also it gives me "installation Log Files".   8. I have a problem with my Game Capture HD PR and xbox 360 using HDMI cable connections. All connected are double checked and as per setup requirements. I have check all cable connections and they are all working I can see it on the feed on my PC but I only get two lines appearing on the left hand side of a black TV screen - so there is something getting through but nout the picture. I have tried using componant cables to connects from the Roxio to the TV, but I do not get a signal - justr a black screen on TV. I did discover if I tried to record / connect or unconnect cable I would sometimes get the xbox image flickering on the TV screen for a moment. When it is it is set up for my PS3 it works fine. Any suggestions.......
  9. I recently purchased a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. I have recorded several in-game videos on my console and wish to begin editing them in the Roxio software. When I click "Edit and Share" an Error comes up titled: "VideoWaveGame1X.exe - System Error" appears and the caption says: "The program can't start because d3dx9_33.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." It does not seem to be working so if anyone can help with this problem please respond. Thank you ~R3TARD3DPUPPI3S

    Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro No Audio

    Hi there I'm having a problem with my roxio game capture HD pro. Whenever I try to record any gameplay from my xbox 360, there is never any audio coming from my TV or in the recorded video, I've tried other HDMI cables but the problem remains. If I connect the xbox to the TV without the roxio HD pro via HDMI the audio is fine. It records perfectly, there just isn't any sound to go with it. I currently have the game capture pro connected to my PC, but I tried connecting it to a laptop, with the game capture pro recording software installed and up to date, but I still got the no audio issue. Also when I connect my xbox directly to my TV, the display settings on the xbox show that my TV screen resolution is at 1080p, widescreen, HDMI. Yet when I'm connected through the roxio HD Pro it changes to 1920x1080, widescreen, DVI. Could this change be what's causing the loss of audio? Any and all help would be appreciated thanks

    No Tv Signal

    Hi, I'm having issues with my Roxio HD Pro, I am getting a perfect signal on my Roxio on the capture programme but nothing is coming up on the TV I am using HDMI leads and I only have 1 HDMI port on my TV, I have my input from the xbox to the Roxio and the output from the roxio to the TV but nothing... The wires are fine and I can play the xbox without the Roxio being there.. Help!!

    Stream Not Working At All

    So, I cannot get my HD Pro to livestream. At all. I've tried everything. Changed from HDMI to Component, changed the video bitrate, changed my twitch.tv account, changed the server, practically EVERYTHING, and when I click the "Live Stream" button, it goes to my broadcast page, but nothing shows up. It captures fine, but for whatever reason I can't livestream. HELP!
