    I've edited about 4 or 5 videos and I've always noticed that one or a few of my trimmed clips, the audio will be WAY off. So I just got Sony Vegas Pro 11 and I wanted to go on the Videowave editing software to just trim my clip that I wanted and export it as an MP4 in 720p. Well I tried exporting a few times and the audio would be off. The audio wasn't even close to what I had in my 7 second clip. What's wrong with it? Why is the audio so off? I'll take about a 10 minute clip and trim it in Videowave then it'll get the sound from about 5-10 seconds before the trimmed clip that's not even in my trimmed clip. My computer specs: Intel Core i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz 8 GB RAM Intel HD Graphics (Basic) 32 bit Windows 7 Ultimate

    Hey Roxio Community, I just recently bought the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro and I bought some cables to go with it. I bought Xbox 360 Component HD AV Cables and double sided Component HD AV cables for the output to my tv. My problem is that my Xbox 360 HD AV cables output to my hdmi cable and not to my HD av cables. Does anyone know how I could fix this, or pull out the red, blue, or green cable and it will send the signal to the component. But I really need help guys, Thanks!

    I am planning on buying the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, but one feature I need is for the capture card to record voice in my Xbox Live party chat/game chat. I'm not sure if the HD Pro does this, and if it does its not very clear in the product page. Thanks

    I've been trying to set up this software for six hours, to no avail. Have a picture of what it's doing right before crash. I also have all three logs but I don't know which one you need..     I have the Roxio HD Pro and When i hook it up as the guide says to and make sure everything is set right the video still shows up black and white on the TV and PC. But if hook it straight to the TV its in color but not when linked to the Roxio. Does anyone know how to get the color working?     Hello everybody, I am trying to use the roxio gamecapture hd pro software but I get the error message below: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software many a times, but with no success.     Soooooo water accidently entered my roxio game capture hd from a leaked aircon above it. Wasn't too much so i shook away the water and plugged in everything.It was fine for a while and then it just stopped working. No purple lights came on after i plugged it into the usb port.. Help?):

    So I got my roxio gamecap hd pro a couple of days ago and haven't had a chance till today and at one point i could get it to work for like half a minute then my computer like freaks out and will just restart or go to the blue screen then restart. I also had it work but in the roxio program al it showed was like the multi-color thing that i only remember from tv. Now I can't get a picture even and i can't even try to change the input. At this point I would want to get my money back but i want it to work so badly. By the way I have tried reinstalling the roxio program and stuff from other topics but nothing is working.

    i had my roxio HD for a while now and only made 1 video Every time I make a video and try to upload it on youtube it says adjust your quicktime settings What Does THIS MEAN ?? I tryed every thing and can't figure this out. when I do let my video upload even tho it say adjust my quicktime settings my video gets all static and audio gets messed up I been told its the roxio any help in fixing this would be grate !!!!!     iv tried all solutions provided by roxio and iv searched the forums and i still get the error "065F" during instalation of the roxio game capture pro disc windows 7 professional 64 bit intel core i-5-2400 3.10 ghz service pack 1 one time i tried installing this and i was getting this error and i kept trying and i got it, then the next day i booteed up my computer and the software was gone iv tried many times now to install the software but i get the same error everytime!

    This seems to happen quite a lot i'll be recording gameplay. When i record gameplay i often play for like 2 hours at a time and the resolution always changes! it goes from 720p to 480p and this happens on both Playstation 3 (component) and Xbox (HDMI). Notes: - i have limited space usually about 20GB - i always forget to check the resolution and i don't see why i should have to 1) how do i fix this? 2) why does it do this?

A couple of days ago I bought a Roxio Game Capture HD PRO and after connecting it with 1080p HDMI cables to my computer and capturing, I always get a really poor quality capture, and sometimes getting the picture really bad for a sec as seen in the photo. Ohh and also I edit with Final Cut Pro X after transferring the video to my Mac (but the bad quality was apparent before transfer).     hey guys, so i just received the HD pro for christmas yesterday and i want to start using it asap. the biggest thing to me is capturing the in game coms along with the video. i play battlefield 3 religiously and am always on a squad with mics. i've seen youtube videos showing how to capture the coms but they arent very clear.... so my question is, what is the easiest, cheapest way to capture my voice, along with my squad chat with the gameplay on my ps3? im completely new to the game recording devices...     I bought the Roxio HD Pro and i said that i will pay with Bpay (bank transfer). after i filled out the details of my address and name etc Roxio told me that my order was being processed and that i would be notified when it was finished and when i had to pay. I have not been notified after a week and a half and i wanted to know if this happened to anyone else and how long they waited.

    I just bought a 145 euro game capture hd pro and everything was going fine until i came across a error. i started installing it but then it started rolling back the installation of directX 9 runtime. i did some research and i installed it separately, but every time it says that there is another program using directX and that i need to close them. i already have directX 11 so I'm not sure. a reply of your ideas would be very helpful since it took a long time for me to get the money and buy it(im 14 )

    I just got my Roxio HD Pro for christmas, replacing my old Roxio Game Capture. I love it so far, the quality is way better than the SD Roxio. However, My old one also had audio problems at first, being was too loud when capturing, but was later fixed. Now, the new Roxio has a really weird high pitched buzzing sound that wont go away. It wont go away. I know its not my roxio, because even when i unplug the audio from the Game Capture HD itself, the program still makes the sound. As if the Media Import is the one adding the buzzing sound to the audio. I have no idea how to fix this, will someone please help? Thank you all so much!

    Hey guys. I recently purchased a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. The question is, how would you be able to set this up with a VGA monitor? It's a Viewsonic, that's the name of the VGA monitor. I really don't want to spend a lot of money to try to make this work. Do you think this would work? I just don't have the USB on my VGA. Btw, if I posted this on the wrong section. Then sorry.     I got the hd pro software installed fine and after I reboot my laptop like it says the software wont open, when I double click the icon the windows vista loading icon appears for a split second and thats it, it wont go further than that. I un-installed it and re-installed it 3 times but it's still the same how do I fix this? The specs of my laptop are Dell Inspiron 1520 with vista home premium 32 bit sp2. Intel core2 duo @ 2.00GHz, 3.0Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for this to deliver as I live in Ireland and it wont open on my laptop. The capture card itself is recognized by my laptop so I don't think there's any problems there. I just can't open the software. I've heard about just getting a white screen and green screen but I don't get anything, can anybody help with this please?

    Hey guys whats up? I have a question about Xsplit and Roxio Pro HD. I know you're like not another Xsplit and Roxio compatibility issue,nope not at all.Well not actually, just wondering how i can get Xsplit to record in better quality using my Roxio pro HD. I have set all my settings in Xsplit to 720p(which is the res i want). I have set the VBV buffer and max to 3000kbps and quality to 8. I still get really grainy looking quality when im streaming to twitch.tv. If anyone knows what im talking about or knows how to fix this let me know and thanks. I also have set all roxio options to 720p and maxed the quality slider. Im streaming Xbox 360 and not PC. My connection is 25d/10u/mbps on speedtest. Edit:noone can help me?
