  1. Tried installing over and over and I keep getting the same message. Firewall does not seem to be the issue. Any help would be great! LogFile 13-08-04 01-09.zip LogFile 13-08-04 01-28.zip
  2. I bought the Roxio Game Capture and when I went to install the software, the disc wouldn't install the software. It would load up, ask me if I wanted to check for an update, and no-matter what I select, (yes or no) it will close. No error message, no "The program has stopped responding", nothing. Just randomly close. I think it may be my computer, because when I tried it on my brothers computer, the install worked fine, but we have the same specs, so I don't see why mine isn't working. Specs of my computer: OS: Windows 7 (32 bit) CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.10 GHz GPU: Intel GMA 965 BIOS: Ver 1.0 Ram: 3 GB'S of ram (but .03 GB's are unusable) Direct X: 11 Please help me. PS: I have my CD and CD code.

    Blu Ray Plug-In Installation

I just purchased and downloaded the Blu Ray plug-in for Toast 11, but I can't figure out how to install it. When I click on the downloaded file (.exe), it opens a DOS text file that's a bunch of garble. There's no option to install the plug-in anywhere. I'm in the process of upgrading my Toast 11.0.5 to Toast 11.1, and I hope that will magically recognize the plug-in. But, if not ... does anyone have suggestions about how to install the BD plug-in? I'm on a Mac, of course. Thanks.

  7. I have been trying to install the Roxio software onto my new PC, but my the computer won't read the disc. I don't even think it spins the disc either. I have tried other discs and they work perfectly fine. I had the software installed on my old laptop and used the disc to uninstall it from my old laptop. Someone please help me.

    Toast 11 Won't Install

I purchased Toast Titanium 11- ESD a few days ago and it won't install on my iMac OS 10.7.2 (error message is attached) There is an OS update available 10.7.5 for my machine which I haven't yet installed - is this causing the issue? Regards Dan Steele

    No Software Cd?

I recently purchased the Roxio game capture device from Fry's and when I got home to hook it up noticed there was no CD. At first I figured it might have been just a plug and use (couldn't think of any other reason the software would be missing as the packaged didn't appear to be opened previously) but that wasn't the case, so what gives? Does the software you need to use the game capture device not come with the product or is mine one of the rare few factory errors, and if so any hints on how to fix it without just outright returning to the store and trying to exchange it (long drive).

  13. I am trying to install Creator 2010 Plus on W7 64 bit. I have installed this software before on a different computer, but I've long since UNinstalled it on that PC. I bought this software. I have the product key from the inside of the box. It keeps saying that the key I'm typing in is invalid. I've tried and tried. I've got it right, but it won't accept it. It's a 17 digit key. All letters are caps. Again, I'm typing it in correctly. I would appreciate any help.

    Toast 10 Titanium Pro Re-Install

I previously had my Toast 10 Titanium Pro on this computer. My Mac Book Pro hard drive crashed and when I try to re-install the program with the disc it tells me this is a pre-relase version that is not valid. All my inquiries with Roxio confirm my purchase, give my auth. code etc. What do I do now? Frank
  15. HI, I've just bought my roxio game capture hd pro and it got delivered today. But when i try to install it, it gets all the way to the end and says that the wizard has been interrupted and that i need to try again later. Please help!
  16. I borrowed "Roxio easy VHS to DVD" from a friend. I put in the Installation disc into the laptop (Acer, Windows 7). I entered the Key and it went throught what looked like normal instalation procetures and then began to load into the laptop. It showed two progress bars. But then it seem to stop. And when I thought something I had gone wrong, I pulled out the installation CD. Perhaps it was the wrong thing to do because when I tried to instal it again, it no longer asks me anything. It just says, " This operation system does not meet the minumum requirements for Roxio Easy VHS to DVD". How do I get it to start all over again install it? Tony

  18. Hey, I just purchased the Roxio Capture Card and soon I'm planning on purchasing a laptop for full-time use. So currently I just have my regular computer and I want to test out the capture card and use it for a week before I get my laptop. So I was wondering if I can install the capture software (and everything that comes on that CD) on more than one computer. I need to know if it's possible to do this, and if doing so will cause any problems. So to summarise; can I install everything on my computer now, and then when I get my laptop can I install it on there as well? Thank you in advance!

    Creator Suite 9

I have a PC running Windows 7 Professional. Can I install Creator Suite 9 onto this machine? Thank you for your assistance in this issue. It is greatly appreciated.
  20. This works at least for me after spending hours trying to uninstall using the Roxio uninstall in Windows, downloading a repair liscense, exe and/or a repair bat file plus clicking on a lot a dead links at kb.sonic. Step 1 ... Ignore any download advice from www.kb.sonic.com.. They are all broken it seems or seriously overloaded. From all my research the common items in all the supposed fixes were making sure your virus protector is off and you intstall from the desktop. I'm not sure if this is neccessary but that is what I did. Step 2 Download from CNet The Revo Unistaller http://download.cnet...4-10687648.html I used the advanced mode and deleted every referance to Roxio in the program files and registry. The Uninstaller saves a backup copy of the registry before deleting. Step 3 ... Go to msconfig.exe. Make of note of all items checked and then uncheck everything. Click Apply. Click Ok. Shutdown and Restart. Step 4 ... Run Revo Unistaller. Shutdown and Restart. Step 5 ... Reinstall Creator 2010. It was a beautiful sight when I ran it the first time and I saw a registration form for I knew Revo Uninstaller had cleaned the drive of anything Roxio. Step 6 ... Go to msconfig.exe and recheck the boxes. Click Apply. Click Ok. Shutdown and Restart. The clean uninstall seemd to be the magic wand.
