    I recently bought NXT Pro 4. I wish to extract the audio from a video file. In the Learning Center, under the tab Music-Audio, the topic "Extracting Audio from a Video File" points toward Roxio's Media Manager which, in pinciple, is accessible in Creator > Music-Audio > Enjoy > Browse and Manage Media. In NXT Pro 4, the section Enjoy does not exist and by extension the command "Browse and Manage Media" does not exist either. I cannot find Media Manager anywhere. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance for responding. Amendment: After posting the above, I installed SP1. There is now a command "Browse and Manage Media" in the Tools menu. Thanks for your attention.

    50% of the time I start Roxio NXT Pro Media Manager (either from short cut or from Roxio Central Tools) it crashes when switching devicee and folder. New installation. Simultaneous running Media Capture USB (never a problem under Creator 11 -- Version 11 USB 2681 device failed so I had to upgrade.)     Just started using, Creator NXT2 media manager. I am trying to get my audio files organized. In the folder view as I scroll down to look through my computer for files. The folder view continually seems to jump around, and will get stuck on one branch. as I scroll down to explore the files below, it jumps back to my picture folder. It also seems to be refreshing it's self constantly. Needless to say it is making the browsing process rather frustrating, and laggy. Is there a fix, and update or a way to get this working?

    Yeah, I'm having problems with support because I can't figure out how to contact these people with a problem. so I've come here to try and get some help. My PC is constantly trying to install Roxio Media Manager. I've never tried to install it and don't even know what it is much less tried to use it. Anyway, about 3 days ago, suddenly on starting the computer, this #$^@ program keeps trying to install. It gets about 3/4 of the way through, then then says put in an installation disk...which I don't have naturally since I don't have or want this program. However, every time I click on the cancel button to stop the install, it just bogs down my computer and finally goes away. But, it comes back 2 minutes later and tries to install...again..and again..and again. ROXIO..HELP...or I'll never buy another one of your products. There is no uninstall program anywhere that I can find for this product. Not in the Roxio folder in my C drive, or in the Windows add/install control panel. Please..somebody help before I go postal. I want my computer back to normal.
