  1. I have a laptop with 1.8ghz and u say it MAY give issues all day. But how are ppl using pc's with windows xp and it works. My laptop has never ran into audio video issues with pc vames like black ops mine craft and such.
  2. I recently got the Roxio Game Capture HD pro, and I was very excited to get started. I watched the tutorials of many Youtube users as well as the Roxio channel itself, but I'm still having issues. Long story short, when I go to record, I can see the preview in the computer software, but I'm not getting anything on my tv screen. I've read through the forum and saw people with similar issues resolved by switching HDMI inputs, but I only have one on my TV. Any help would be appreciated. *EDIT* I've included a few pictures to illustrate my problem. Below, you'll see pictures proving I'm on the correct input, the HDMI cables being attached as they should and the software running perfectly on my computer while my TV on the other hand still having issues. Album: http://imgur.com/a/gsjsl#0 *EDIT #2* I just realized this was posted in the wrong area. I'm moving it to the correct forum. http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/85614-software-runs-fine-but-no-video-on-tv-screen/

Directshow Driver For Roxio Hd Pro

I looked around and searched the forum for directshow drivers on the roxio hd pro..And I was wondering if it was possible to make them for the capture device, I was speaking with a developer who works with the streaming program OBS (Open Broadcaster Source) about having support for the device, they told me that if the HD Pro has Directshow Drivers it would work. So I was wondering if there is anyway to make those kind of drivers for the Roxio HD Pro..
  4. Hey Everyone, First off i'm using the Roxio HD Pro connected with HDMI cords, with a blue snowball microphone for voice overs. The problem that i am having is that in stream my voice over isn't syncing with when i say it in response to the video and audio... what's weird is that i am just now having this problem because for about 3 and a half weeks this thing has worked fine and the my mic had been in sync with the capture and stream, but now there is a delay between i say something and when it was said on stream... i didn't mess with any of the settings and now it randomly changed on me... sometimes its in sync, but if i have to restart the stream it won't be in sync. does anyone know how to fix this or can help me with the settings... i would call customer support but they want to charge me 20$ for calling them >.>
