  1. Hello all, Hopefully you guys can help me. I've been having a bit of trouble with a recently purchased Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. On my PC (dell laptop i5 processor) the display from the card comes up clean, nice and clear. However, it's on my monitor where I have issues. Currently, I am sending the HDMI signal out from my XBOX 360, into the card, into an HDMI splitter, and from the splitter into the monitor. When the signal shows up on the 360, it has a major orange-ish, red-ish tint that gets worse the longer I have it on. I have tried going straight from the card to the monitor, and the same effect comes up. I have also tried going straight from my 360 to the monitor, and THAT is a clear image. So I have isolated that there is something wrong with the card, and I'm not sure if I should get a refund or something... UPDATE: I bought this item from amazon, so it may be something with that.   2. Hello everyone. I've been browsing the forum for weeks trying to figure out what might be wrong with the device, but to no avail I've finally decided to ask you guys, and post my own topic. Okay, so I've had my device for a few months now, and it's not until fairly recently it's stopped working. Whenever I open the software and click "capture" I'm only left with a black screen, and the start capture button, live stream, and options button are all unavailable. Although their is nothing on the screen initially, if I move the quality bar up, a flickering jumbled screen shows up, and the red signal turns green, and the options, start capture, and the other options become available. However clicking on the options, or the start capture button results in the software crashing. It'll say "Roxio Media Capture" has stopped working. I've looked at the solutions from rebooting my PC, to the most common issue which is the "transcoder" thing showing up in the device manager. Regardless I'll post pictures and provide as much information as possible. It'd be great if I could get this device working again. The first picture is what looks like when first opening the video capture. The second picture is what it looks like with the slider all the way up. For some reason however when I PRTSC the recording screen shows up as black when in reality it's flickering, and you can barely make out what's there. The third picture is what happens after clicking "options" The fourth picture shows where the software is in the device manager. The last picture shows any additional information.

    (Red) "no Signal"

    Hello, The Roxio Hd Pro is hooked up correctly and has worked before. Recently I got a new TV but when I tried to record new stuff I got a red no signal message on the status bar. I looked up some post on here and elsewhere. They all said to do a repair. So I did... Three times but with no results. I'm also not getting any signal to my TV. Thanks, Nifty
  4. I have had my roxio work for around 2 years but now it just stopped work i have uninstalled and re installed it. I haven't did a fix on it. I even unplugged all the cords and plugged them back in. its the first time this has ever happen...Also i dont know why my space left on drive and record time left are glitched

    Red Is Not Working.(Av)

    I've finally gotten everything to work except for the fact that my PS3 has lost all its red. And YES they are plugged in correctly. I don't know if its just the cables but for some reason red just wont work. All solid reds are grey and red tinted objects are now green. Please help, I need some relief from the huge load of buyers remorse I've been feeling for this product.

    Roxio Hd Pro Capture Problems

    I have had my Roxio for about a year and I have been searching for a solution but I don't think I have found anything. so what is happening is that when I set up my game capture the screen in the capture window shows the stuff on my xbox but it is cut in half the bottom half on top and the top half on the bottom. there is also a no signal even though it shows up even though its messed up, and if it matters the no signal is red, and I know I have everything plugged in right, I also recently switched to hdmi, also im not a guy who knows a ton about computers so please try to explain things simply. thank you

    No Signal

    Hi, I have been having a lot of trouble with my Roxio Game Capture HD PRO/VideoWave over the past couple days. I have been attempting to record some Xbox One gameplay and when I launch Capture, there is No Signal. I have literally looked all over the internet, these forums and tried everything but still, no luck. Is there anyone who has had this problem and/or knows and to resolve it? Thanks, Thomas

    Capture Software Displays No Preview

    So I ran into a problem with the capture software that crashed on me so I had to force quit using ctrl alt delete and ending the task. I then re-open the software and the preview screen is blank and has a red tinge to it (picture below) I then checked all settings and it's set to record 720p and the xbox output is also set at 720p anyone resolve this? I can still record fine and take screenshots etc and audio is still heard, it's just the preview screen can't be seen. Specs: OS Windows 8 64 bit 8 GB RAM i5 dual core 2.7GHZ Nvidia GT 660

    I Get A Red No-Signal.

    I'm so confused... First of all, it is 9:37 pm where I am, I started working on this at 1:30 p.m. I have uninstalled reinstalled, re hooked the cords up and all that crap 7000 times!!! Please help me, it has a red no signal sign!! Also I noticed that I don't have a second Roxio GAMECAP in my device manager. PLEASE HELP!!!!
  10. I bought my Roxio Game Capture back in May, to start my youtube channel. It worked fine on my XBOX360 but when I switched to my PS3 it stopped working. I have watched many youtube videos and did everything step by step... My TV still will go Black and White, and the software will say 'No Signal'. :/ I have the older AV cables (red, white and yellow) as oppose to the new ones (red, blue and green) all of the people on youtube have these newer AV cables. Can any one tell me what colours on the old AV cables match up to? or give me any other solutions (I have attempted but failed many times to change the settings).
