Record Screen produces a MOV file that has sound when viewed in Quick Start but has no sound when trying to edit it in Video Wave. Also when using the Convert function there is no sound. Do I have to adjust any settings to get the sound in Video Wave and/or the Convert function?
I have Creator 2012, and I use Windows 7. I inserted a single MOV file in Videowave. The sound plays too fast relative to the video. Microsoft Media Player displays the file correctly. How can I fix the problem? What causes the problem?
