    Whenever I try to record game play, this shows up in the preview screen and in the recording. I think it might be my graphics card.Please reply if anybody knows a fix!     Ok so i recently bought the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro about a week ago, I figured out how to set it up, And it's fully functional ill give it 9/10 but theres ONE issue, It records video screens WAY to fast, When i uploaded my video to youtube, It came out so small and crunched up..     I honestly looked everywhere to find out if it's possible to use the Game Capture HD Pro on a NON Slim Xbox360. would it still work if I just hooked it up and then used an HDMI from the GameCap to the TV?     Sometimes, when recording, the Roxio Game Capture program just freezes. Any attempt to click stop recording and the program fully crashes to the desktop. This appears to happen completely randomly. I found I seem to crash easier if I record for longer than about 20 minutes, my computer is hot, or if I'm using game audio as my line in (instead of my mic) My question is, how do I fix this? Here are my specs: Windows 7 Home Premium (Activated and Genuine) 3 GB's of RAM Intel Core 2 Duo (T8100 @ 2.10 GHz) Intel GMA 965 Made by Dell Is it my specs that are causing the problem? Or is it something else?

    When I record using the roxio pc game capture software there is no gameplay audio when i play it back ive looked for solutions on the box and disk and cant find anything its on a disk for the computer anybody know how to solve it.

    I have had Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus for about 1 and a half years and it has been working fairly well, but just recently, if a tape finishes and turns to a blue screen, when I click stop I will get only a small portion to no video whatsoever. I have tried stopping the recording before the blue screen, approximately 2 minutes before, and it works fine. I have never had this issue in the past.

    Here is my problem i have configured every thing correctly i used the ps3 guide in the printed manual and now i cannot record audio, video works fine, if i plug it straight into my tv it works normally (i have also noticed that i should have a device called Line in my recording devices menu even when i view disabled and unplugged devices).

    Large Recording Files

    I usually like to record for long periods of time with my roxio game capture hd pro, but sometimes I only want a little clip out of that recording, and when I edit the clip out that I want, I have to keep the large file of the whole recording or else I lose my clip. Is there is a way where I can keep my small clip but I don't have to keep the giant recording file? Should I render out my small clip and then delete the large recording file? Any suggestions are appreciated!

    I just installed the game capture pro on my laptop and PC. It crashed both of them did a system restore on both now six days later I cannot get a signal to record or live cast. Anybody have any suggestions. I hate spending $100+ dollars on a product I cannot use.

    I have done a total of five YouTube videos. Each one is recorded from my PS3 using the composite cables to the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. The quality toggle on the recording in turned up to the highest setting. When i view the game play on my computer it is amazing quality. So this is where I think the problem is... when you go to export the video you have a list of options. There must have been a gap between my videos and the current "youtube help" videos out. The supported export formats have changed. So what export will give me the best HD quality for a YouTube video?? If needed i can post some screen shots so you know what i have available. This is not a viewing error nor a bad connection... this is a what in the heck export setting do i use?! My first video was in 720 on youtube and i must have changed the export setting by accident. feel free to look at my first video and my latest.     Hi, I'm using Roxio Sound Editor to record some solo acoustic guitar and vocal tracks. I've have the base layer (guitar and lead vocals) recorded, but I'm looking to put harmony and lead tracks down. How can I play the base recording while recording new tracks and then playback what I've accomplished? Thanks!

    I'm likely asking a question from some other forum, but I'm not really a forum guy, so navigating them is not intuitive to me. I just installed Easy (a bit of a laughable title to my way of thinking) VHS to DVD3 software. Started a VHS video, it played back fine on the program's screen, but when I hit the record button, the playback screen goes black while the timer continues on. Problem is, I cannot see what is recording or when to stop it with a black screen. Is this a common issue and is there a solution?

    My Vhs To Dvd Problem

    Whether I am in the video capture program or the plug and burn program, after activating the capture now function it aborts after 29 seconds. 5 seconds into recording the message, "capture stopping", is displayed and it takes another 15 seconds for it to complete. At this point the vhs tape I am trying to capture is continuing on but the capture has ended. The capture now button is greyed out so I can't restart. If I try going back it won't recognize the dvd disk in the drive and I have to replace it with new before it does. If I stay in the capture window I can only reactivate the capture now button by stopping the tape first. I have removed the whole program and reinstalled it but that made no difference.

    Hi, I was wondering how you save a narration file as an audio file, after narrating it, into a folder in your libraries (or whatever you please). Since I am using Turtle Beach X12's (PC and Xbox) the narration file sounds better than the Windows Sound Recorder by a bit so I would like to record with that. I have done it before but can't remember how, or it's my imagination and i haven't. I remember adding it in as a Sound Effect Audio (or whatever it's called). Anyways the main point is that I would like to know how to save/export it into my libraries. If that is not at all possible then I would really like to know your best Audio recording software that is free and for Windows 7. I do not have much money at the moment so that's why I would like it free. I have heard of one called Audacity and heard it was pretty good. Is that true?

    Is there a way to capture live commentary from headset or microphone during regular capture recording? I see the option for streaming but not for regular recording. I also see the narration that can be added later but I can't seem to find a live commentary option. Thank you

    Vhs Playback No Signal

    when i am recording the VHS to save onto my computer, sometimes it displays no signal and it will not record. While that is happening i can still hear the audio but it will not display and i cannot record it. Why is this happening? is it my RCA cables is it bc the VHS tape has bad sectors? I want to transfer all these vhs videos to dvd but it seems like its not working.

    When I attempt to stream audio I get a muted recording with a hum in it. This problem just started and I cannot seem to fix it. I have Vista running Roxio 2009 Sound Editor and Sigmatel. Any assistance/information would be appreciated. Wally

    I have my computer and consoles all set up to my television (So I use my television as my PC monitor). I originally thought that I could set RGC to record the console, switch channels on my television and then play the game. Unfortunately, when I tried this the recording ends. Is there any way to counter this or would using a second monitor work? Also, while I'm here, I can only record my PS3 in 576p. Is there anyway to be able to record in 1080p or i? Thanks, Kenny~
