Capture Card Pro "can't Record 480P"

Hey everyone! So I got my roxio Capture card pro a bit ago, and I read that it works with Xbox one too, (I got a screenshot where it says it can record in 480p, on xbox one, aswell). But! When I launch my xbox one, wired and everything, and launch my recording program, an error message pops up, saying it doesn't support 480p? What is the problem? Or is xbox one not recordable? (Wich would make me quite sad, I really want to record my gameplay, but then I can't use it! ) Thanks in advance!

    Green Bar After Export

So when I export videos for youtube after editing I have to export it in 1080p to get rid of a green bar. If I export to 720p for example theres a big green bar at the bottom of the video. How do i fix it? The link below is an example of what I mean. Link: https://www.youtube....QUCLUT_dpQ24r1A

    My Setup

Hello, I just got my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro yesterday, and I can't seem to get it to work right. I have a similar problem to this topic: http://forums.suppor...o-signal-issue/ I've done multiple Installs, repairs ect... nothing seems to work. The options button causes the software to crash. I'm using the component cables on a Nintendo Wii, and HDMI to the TV. (I have an Xbox if I should be trouble shooting with that instead) Audio and picture on the TV is fine. Software starts with: Status No Signal. I Adjust the Quality in the Software, It starts Fine but quickly becomes blurry and unusable. (Audio quality is ok, Cuts in and out with the video ?) The Options Button Crashes the Program. The Service "RoxMediaDBGame1X" is Running. In Short I have no Idea what's going on. Any help would be great, Thanks All. EDIT: I Forgot to note that This PC has no CD-ROM, I had to use a networked pc's drive, don't see how that could cause a problem but I figured you may want to know. EDIT 2: Xbox Component and HDMI yield similar results PC INFO: RGC_Log_12142013_1.txt

    No Disc/cd No Service?

So I Posted Another Topic Similar To This Before. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So Here Is My Story: -I Purchased The Roxio Game Capture(Standard). -Than I Installed It Into An Out-dated Computer.(Program Never Worked) -I Than Tried Other Computers To See If They Worked.(Still Didn't Wok) -After Sometime, I Purchased A New Computer After Moving Into A New House. -I Than Went Looking For My Roxio And The Disc/CD. -I Found My Roxio, But I Didn't Find The Disc/CD Or The Box. -I Tried To See If I Can Purchased or Download The Installation Software(Or Whatever It Was) Via Roxio.com And Other Websites. -I Than Needed A Support Code, Which I Never Got Via E-Mail.(I Checked Every E-mail Account I Use) -Since I Don't Have The Disc/CD Or Box Of The Roxio I Can't Do Anything. -So Than I Came Here To Find A Solution, But Never Found Something I Haven't Tried Before. -I Have Updates On My Account Showing My Frustrations Of Roxio.(They Are My View Of The Company From What I Have Been Treated Like) -So Yeah, What Next?
  7. So, I'm having a problem when I am capturing with my Roxio Gamecap HD pro; when there is a loading screen in my game: Lego city undercover. Whenever the game fades to black just before a loading screen, the capture glitches up for a little bit. It's a bit difficult to explain, but I've found someone else with EXACTLY the same problem, which I've pasted here: "I have a huge problem that is happening to me when I edit or upload my recorded video. So when I record New Super Mario Bros Wii and New Super Mario Bros U, whenever the game transitions to another screen, (going through a pipe mainly), the recording kind of stutters a bit. Here's when the problem really begins: When I put the video in Windows Movie Maker to edit it, it doesn't work right. The problem will keep freezing when I choose to go to a different art of the video, and the screen will stay black after I go through a pipe in the video. Yet if I skip over me going in the pipe, I can watch later parts of the video... So pretty much, when the game loads or if the screen turns completely black for a second, it gets screwy with Windows Movie Maker. So I tried seeing if I could upload it without editing it and get no problem. But after it was uploaded, the whole video was just a black screen. And every once in awhile it would stuttter, but there would be no picture. What else is weird, is that when I view the footage on Windows Media Player, it's completely fine. The only problem is that it will do like a half a second stutter sometimes when the game is loading. But it is very minimal and it's completely watchable. So can someone please explain to me: What the HECK is going on? Why does it do this during loading screens, and what can I do to fix the problem? This is the weirdest glitch/problem I have ever experienced. I am not liking this capture card so far, and I am thinking about selling it if I don't get a solution soon. I just bought this thing recently, and it can't even record without giving me problems. I have a Youtube channel, and I haven't uploaded in the past couple of weeks because of this. I have viewers who are waiting for new videos, and I need a solution as fast as possible. Thanks you in advance to all of you who try to help me. I would really appreciate it if you would reply to this if you even have ANY clue on how to fix the problem. Thanks again." This describes my problem EXACTLY. It's not just Windows Movie Make that does this though, I use Adobe Premiere and that doesn't work either. In fact, I've tried Windows Movie Maker, Windows Live Movie Maker and Adobe Premiere and there is always a problem. I don't want to use Roxio VideWave (the editing software that comes with the Capture Card) because there are things that it can't do and I can only do on Adobe Premiere (don't worry about that, it's besides the point), I only tested the other movie editors to see if I'd get the same problem. You can see the full page for that quote here: http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/86796-roxio-game-capture-hd-pro-editing-problem/ - Dafster
  8. Hey, I just purchased the Roxio Capture Card and soon I'm planning on purchasing a laptop for full-time use. So currently I just have my regular computer and I want to test out the capture card and use it for a week before I get my laptop. So I was wondering if I can install the capture software (and everything that comes on that CD) on more than one computer. I need to know if it's possible to do this, and if doing so will cause any problems. So to summarise; can I install everything on my computer now, and then when I get my laptop can I install it on there as well? Thank you in advance!

    Too Many Problems

I hate this thing. I have an Xbox 360 Slim and the capture card only captures in a fuzzy black and white. Also its a puzzle to figure out how to get it plugged in, because i don't have an hdmi cable or whatever it is they require. All i have is the standard red, white and yellow component cable and an older, non-HD TV. If anyone can help me with this, i would appreciate it. This cap card is god awful.
