  1. My creator 10 died when I installed Windows 10 so I purchased the new NXT3. Every time I try to install it I get an error message saying I'm not connected to the internet. The problem??? I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET! I just got it in the mail today and already I'm having problems, I have a feeling I need DVD burner from someone other than Roxio. Can anyone help me with this? I have emailed customer support but I have a feeling it may be a while before I hear from them. NOT HAPPY! FYI. I spent an hour talking to Comcast, they have checked my internet connection and increased my connection speed. NXT3 still gives me a "not connected to the internet" message. Now what?
