  1. Hi, all. I need a bit of help, and I'm not actually sure what information might need to be posted with it, so I'm sorry for that ahead of time. For right now, all the information I have is that I have a Roxio Game Cap HD Pro, and I tried to update the software to version 2.0. For some reason though, it doesn't actually update it. It gets to a step in the installation program that says it's uninstalling the older version, and then I get a generic "installation interrupted" message. I'm running Windows 7 64bit. Is this a common problem?
