    Hey here Roxio community, I'm having a repeated issue of my capture software being unable to login to my Twitch account nor can I do anything with the Youtube account for it due to it crashing every single time I attempt to login. I am running on windows 10, I don't want to be forced to downgrade back to windows 8 just to livestream like I used to be able to, is there a fix for this? Perhaps a specific file that I can download and replace with the existing file used for the livestreaming components? Anything that will solve this issue or anything to suggest doing other than reverting my OS is welcome. Thank you for reading!

    I am thinking of buying the game capture HD pro to record gameplay from XBox One and was wondering what the minimum requirements are for a laptop. One one has advised me I need to buy a specific gaming laptop as these have a separate graphics card but the starting price for these appear to be around £700 which is a bit more than I want to pay! Would a standard laptop with say 2GHz, Intel Core i5 and 4GB Ram be sufficient?

    quick question. when i use the roxio game capture pro hd, and i want to record commentary, i either have to use the mic i purchased, which is hooked up to my laptop while playing to record my voice overs, or do it after i am done playing. this is not the most efficient way, i would like to know if it is possible to record the voiceover using the microphone on my polk audio striker pro zx gaming headset, as i play the game live. if its possible to do this with this game capture, does anyone know how?

    Okay so I just noticed that lovely staff at roxio had finally sorted out the whole justin.tv not being a part of twitch anymore deal thanks for that but.... I have an issue whenever I stream and would like to fix it. Whenever I either go to options and select the livestream tab or start livestreaming I get a pop up saying something along the lines of "Microsoft Visual C++ Error" and it then says there was an issue with the application and it requested to be terminated if this continues contact application support. Which is what I will do but I dont have a total grasp on what the problem really is. Please help :x

    Hey Guys. im in a pickle which i hope you lot can help me with. im a new youtube gamer and i do lets play videos as well as capturing my gameplay with friends. however i have a problem capturing real time chat. i was under the impression that it was plug in and play now i can hear the regular game play volume but cannot capture myself or my friends can anyone help me set up so i can its not a roxio hd pro

    I need help with using my Roxio, my friend who had this before gave me his computer and his Roxio and his setting on it were perfect but I can not find the right setting for my Roxio so I can get at least 720p videos up on my YoutTube channel. This is the computer I use Gateway SX Series SX2110G-UW23 (DT.GEPAA.002) Desktop PC AMD Dual-Core Processor E1-1500 (1.48GHz) 6GB DDR3 500GB HDD Windows 8 64-Bit Please help!

    Anytime I start capturing my Gameplay The preview screen on my recording program glitches out after a while. I have no idea what i did and my capture card is brand new.     hello my name is ken or kenneth and i lent my game capture out to a friend and he stupidly misplaced the disk, i want to start commentating and now i cannot, is there any possible i can back it up and reinstal (i got a new tower and havent got it installed)

    Hi, I have been having issues lately with the HD Pro software on my laptop when I set it up for recording. I have had about 2 weeks where it was working perfectly but recently it has not been working at all. I set everything up exactly like it mentions in the tutorial. I set up the equipment and plug the USB in to the laptop and open up the capture program. I then open up the Capture section of the program and set he input method to Component as that is what the tutorial said to do and that is also what I had been using when recording previously. Once that has loaded up fully I then turn on the console which is a PS3. Now, previously that was fine at it would go from "no Signal" to "ready" and that was me ready to record but not anymore for some reason. Now once I turn the console on the program does something that looks like it is refreshing, like when you refresh a page on the internet. Every time it does this it goes from what I had set "component" to "HDMI". When I change it back it does this refresh looking thing and goes back to the HDMI setting. It is very strange and frustrating and I am not sure why it does it. Is anyone able to help at all? Thanks!

    So I Posted Another Topic Similar To This Before. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So Here Is My Story: -I Purchased The Roxio Game Capture(Standard). -Than I Installed It Into An Out-dated Computer.(Program Never Worked) -I Than Tried Other Computers To See If They Worked.(Still Didn't Wok) -After Sometime, I Purchased A New Computer After Moving Into A New House. -I Than Went Looking For My Roxio And The Disc/CD. -I Found My Roxio, But I Didn't Find The Disc/CD Or The Box. -I Tried To See If I Can Purchased or Download The Installation Software(Or Whatever It Was) Via Roxio.com And Other Websites. -I Than Needed A Support Code, Which I Never Got Via E-Mail.(I Checked Every E-mail Account I Use) -Since I Don't Have The Disc/CD Or Box Of The Roxio I Can't Do Anything. -So Than I Came Here To Find A Solution, But Never Found Something I Haven't Tried Before. -I Have Updates On My Account Showing My Frustrations Of Roxio.(They Are My View Of The Company From What I Have Been Treated Like) -So Yeah, What Next?
