  1. I just got the RGCHD and installed the software. I hooked up my Xbox 360 to the device using HDMI cords, and while the picture on my Laptop is fine, the picture on the TV is not. The picture on the TV keeps flickering in and out. While it was flickering, I made sure my Console settings were on 720p/1080i, since it does not support 1080p. Still glitchy. Then I decided to take it out to the front room (where I rarely get to the tv out there) and sure enough, it works on that TV, which is newer than the one I have in my room (Mine is an Olevia, not sure which model, One in living room is a Vizio) Furthermore, Component cords work on both my tv and FR tv. Edit: Olevia is like 6/7 year old Could it just be because of HDCP? Or is there something else it could be?
  2. These are my pc specs before i start the topic, im pretty sure they can handle roxio game capture hd pro easily : Amd A8 6600k Quad Core Apu with Radeon 8570 Graphics Windows 7 8gb ram All drivers are updated Now when im recording i dont look at the preview screen i look at my tv (That's what im recording from) After the video is done i watch or edit it and when i watch it on some bits it has like a weird colour/pixal glitch and some of the video turns rainbow coloured or just weird couloured. And it is anonying. It goes blurry as well I don't know why this is happening. I don't know if having 2 different hdmi cables makes a difference. Thanks for the help!
  3. Hey Hey Kids! Now I am trying to capture PS4 Video putting aside my issues with the HIGH compsumption of MBs/GBs when capturing small gameplay footage, when I go and play the MTs (or if it actually works the high gb mp4 file) it is choppy, glitchy and skipping, I I have know Idea what the go is, My PS4 display is set to 720 and I capture in 720 and I use sony Vegas at 720 but it is crap.... PS3 Captures are fine and dandy (aside the point that again high capacity GBs files for short game play) but the PS4 it's shocking!
  4. Here are some things that need to be fixed with the roxio hd pro. First off I use a roxio hd pro and have grown very fond of it, its just that this capture card software needs alot of work. Here are my reason that the roxio hd pro gives me a headache: Reason 1: No mic recording feature while using the capture feature, This is usually available in all high grade capture card softwares like the elgato. THIS IS THE REASON MOST PEOPLE DONT LIKE THIS CAPTURE CARD. Reason 2: The software can be very glitchy while stopping a recording, staring a recording, and also starting and stopping livestreams. Reason 3: No option to record livestreams. Reason 5: No option to use a camera in livestreams and while recording. These features need to be added because they give me and probably most people a headache and make us want to switch to a different capture card so PLEASE FIX THESE!!!
  5. I may have a fix for the glitchy video and audio happening to many people. Assuming that you meet or exceed the requirements to run the Roxio software, your PC or Laptop is not overheating, your cables are in working order, your Roxio unit is not faulty, and you have updated the software and drivers, you may need to try tweaking your Graphics Card settings. I my case I needed to go into the Nvidia Control Panel and change some settings in the 3D Settings - Manage 3D Settings tab. After some trail and error and testing, I found that with the right settings, the Glitchy Video and Audio are solved. Below is a video explaining this further. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxYSg0mfGmM For ATI Graphics Card users, please refer to this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIUuPkSGVrk
