  1. I see that I am not the only one having problems with the installation of NXT Pro 2 failing and rolling back. I have given up on the installation of NXT Pro 2 and requested a refund. That said, in the upgrade attempt, NXT Pro was uninstalled and now I cannot even reinstall NXT Pro from DVD without receiving the same interruption and rollback error. Technical support for this problem is non-existent and it took three attempts to obtain a refund. That said, I would still like to get my original NXT Pro reinstalled. I think I have read everything available on this site about the problem, have reinstalled Direct X and the DotNet Framework but still have not succeeded in solving the problem. I am attaching the log files in hopes there is some information there that will help identify the problem. I my be a computer professional, but every time if try to make sense of the log files, I suffer from information overload. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
