  1. I've got a new HP ENY 16GB ram 4 GB video, intel Core i7-6700HQ@2.60Ghz. Only have itunes and MSOFFICE Home/Small Business edition installed on the system and I can't install Creator NXT Pro 4 from disk which I purchased. Keep getting Lock ups and error messages. no not of error messages received. Tried to do the complete install without any customization in the process. Help please Thanks Dwayne
  2. I'm having trouble installing the roxio game capture on my laptop. First I tryed to install it by putting in the install disc. It says that it's unistalling Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, then it says it's Installing DirectX 9 Runtime and then it says that the Installation has been interrupted. So then I tryed to plug in the Roxio Game Capture. It told me it couldn't find the driver for the game capture and told me to put the installation disc in to locate the drivers, this didn't work either. I've checked around the forum for help but couldn't find any info that helped. What am i doing wrong?
  3. Hi, We purchased this product for this computer perhaps 2 years ago. When this computer was new it failed to install but would install on an older computer with Windows 7Home Premium 64bit so I think I ruled out a bad download of the product. The 2011 pro has been uninstalled from the other computer and we no longer have it. I decided once again to install it on this computer and get the same results I got when I first purchased the product. Maybe you can help. Windows is up to date, I disabled all in msconfig startup and disabled internet connection as well as anti virus. Attached are the log files from the last attempt. I am trying to install to a second internal drive. I have no problems with installing other programs this way. This product would install to a second drive on the old computer. Thanks
  4. First, I uninstalled my Creator 2011 from Programs and Features, thinking that was the thing to do before attempting to install the NXT. Then, I attempted to install NXT four times. Each time, after the installation was about 80-90% complete, it stopped and rolled back to the beginning. So, because I want and need Creator to open some projects that I'm working on, I attempted, two times, to install/reinstall Creator 2011. Again, I'm getting the same response as I did with NXT (roll back). I've tried to attach a couple LogFiles so that you can see that info. The "...28.zip" is for the NXT, and the "...44.zip" is for the 2011. LogFile 12-11-05 10-28.zip LogFile 12-11-05 13-44.zip There are more files, but they are too large for the allotted 5MB size. Also, the following is my system info, if you need it: Windows Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium System: HP Pavilion Processor: Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz Installed Memory: 3.00 GB By the way, I had a similar problem a year or two ago that had to do with Creator 2009 and 2011. I contacted you guys and you were able to help me get the 2011 installed. I couldn't find the reply to the topic or I would have referred to that info. Anyway, I'd appreciate your help again. Thank you. Chris
