  1. Hey all, I am having some issues with my Roxio Sound Editor because any time that I finish a project and export it, it never exports correctly. The resulting file sounds like the clips have moved by a second or so after editing and so jumps, skips and sounds awfully edited. I always check before I export and it sounds nothing like the preview. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? It is driving me insane!!
  2. Hi everyone, I tried calling Roxio multiple times but they have not answered. My problem: PS3 works fine while running through game cap, but as soon as I open the software, the TV screen goes black and the preview screen goes black. Status is ready. When I click capture it flashes the screen and I can capture 0.5s of gameplay before it records a blank screen and the TV goes blank again. I would really appreciate your help, has been a dissappointing product so far. Pls dont tell me somethings broken or a need a new whatever because it was working prior to the update. THanks
  3. Hi, all. I need a bit of help, and I'm not actually sure what information might need to be posted with it, so I'm sorry for that ahead of time. For right now, all the information I have is that I have a Roxio Game Cap HD Pro, and I tried to update the software to version 2.0. For some reason though, it doesn't actually update it. It gets to a step in the installation program that says it's uninstalling the older version, and then I get a generic "installation interrupted" message. I'm running Windows 7 64bit. Is this a common problem?
  4. Hi, I need a little bit of help again. I just went and bought an HDTV so I can actually play and record my games in HD, instead of using the yellow standard Def cable. But now I'm having an issue. I have an HDMI cable going from my 360 to my Roxio, and from my Roxio to my TV's HDMI input port. If I hook the 360 directly to the TV, it displays perfectly fine. But when I hook it up through the Roxio, the TV says No Signal. In the Roxio program, I have the input method set to HDMI, and despite the fact that it displays the video preview, (though it's broken, see below), the program also says No Signal. So I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Note: The attached image shows that the screen is broken in half, the bottom of the video is on top, and is only showing the left side of the screen. The top of the video is on the bottom, and I believe is also only showing the left side of the screen.
  5. Hey, first post! I'm having an issue with my Roxio Game Capture when I try to stream with my PS4. I set it up and in the first moment everything looks like it's gonna be great and it's connected when out of nowhere it switches to component cables and the screen in the program turns blue and it tells me "no signal." It even jumps back and forth from HDMI to component so it shows me what's playing on my PS4 for a moment before jumping back to the blue screen again. Sometimes it still says it's still on HDMI but still switches back and forth rapidly from "ready" to "no signal" Random info that may prove useful: I am 99% sure that I have everything connected properly. I've done loads of streams before, but have never attempted it with my PS4 until today. I am using HDMI cables, not component cables. My laptop is surprisingly heavy duty and has little to no problem streaming before. It's never gotten overheated or anything like that either. I have tried different HDMI cords to make sure they're not the problem. Thank you for any help!!!
