  1. I am using Roxio NXT Pro 2. I created a photo slideshow in Roxio Creator using their Roxio Slideshow Assistant. I then bring the slide show into the Roxio VideoWave to enter in video clips. Here is what I am trying to do and I am hoping someone knows how to do this, assuming it is possible. I have created a photo slide show with Audio in it. It is just an mp3 file of a song. Now I am adding video clips to this slide show. What I would like to do is PAUSE the audio clip when the video starts, and then have the audio start again (Pick up from where it was paused) when the video is complete. I have several video clips that I will be inserting into this slide show. So I will need to do this multiple times. I have found a way to stop the audio clip when the video starts, but then I have to insert the audio clip after the video is complete, but the song starts back at the beginning. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!! I have been looking for a tutorial on this but no success as of yet....and I am new to this.
  2. Hi I installed Roxio Creator NXT Pro 2 Update (from Roxio 2012) today. Now I cannot open the VideoWave production file I created yesterday with the older version of VideoWave. The programm crashes without any error code. I uninstalled NXT Pro 2 and installed it again, making sure no other task was running and firewall/virus scan was off. The result is exactly the same. I tried to repair NXT Pro 2, nothing changed. I tried to open an other production file (a smaller one without any music and cuts), it works. I tried to create a new production and import a video file, it works. -> Only the production file mentioned lets VideoWave crash. The file worked in the older version yesterday, so I assume it is not corrupt. Should I uninstall the update and re-install the older version & hope for refund? Any solution? Thanks Erik
  3. Suddenly, VideoWave has stopped working and required the program to close. Is the solution to uninstall/install or is there a fix?
  4. I see that I am not the only one having problems with the installation of NXT Pro 2 failing and rolling back. I have given up on the installation of NXT Pro 2 and requested a refund. That said, in the upgrade attempt, NXT Pro was uninstalled and now I cannot even reinstall NXT Pro from DVD without receiving the same interruption and rollback error. Technical support for this problem is non-existent and it took three attempts to obtain a refund. That said, I would still like to get my original NXT Pro reinstalled. I think I have read everything available on this site about the problem, have reinstalled Direct X and the DotNet Framework but still have not succeeded in solving the problem. I am attaching the log files in hopes there is some information there that will help identify the problem. I my be a computer professional, but every time if try to make sense of the log files, I suffer from information overload. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
