  1. I bought an NXT2 upgrade in October of 2014 and could never get it to install and support would not help me without paying for a support call. So today I purchased NXT3 upgrade hoping it would install but I got the same error code. Error trying to read from the source install database: C:\Users.......\Roxio Creator NXT 3.msi Again this error occurred when trying to install NXT2 upgrade from DVD in October and again today when I purchased the download upgrade to NXT3. All were bought from the Roxio store. Attached is the log file for NXT3. I do not have any Roxio software installed on my PC because it is NEW. Running Windows 7 Ultimate. Roxio Log Files.zip
