Has anyone else had this issue? Roxio were stupid enough not to allow their software o be downloadable so I am currently unable to use the £100 piece of hardware I bought because my £600 laptop has no disk drive. I'd appreciate if someone could help me out, for gods sake Roxio! Your contact phone line support is crap and pointless too! Just rang up went through all the options and couldn't even talk to a human being, I got redirected to the blooming internet where I got the number in the first place!!!!!!!! By far the worst product support I have ever known and the thing only came today.
