  1. I lost my disc a long time ago, but I downloaded the software with the service pack. Everything works fine, but when I try to log into twitch to stream, it just says "Roxio HD Pro has stopped working". I try to repair it, cause everything i've looked at online says you should repair it, but when I do, it says i'm missing CDCP.msi and i'm not sure what that is. I'd like to use my software to stream, because OBS won't run properly on my computer without glitching up. Help would be appreciated

So when I make the background transparent for a logo in Photo Suite 13, the final image, (after I checked the transparent box, saved as PNG and masked out all white area) does not come out to be an image with a transparent background. What Am I doing wrong? I searched every where and when I find answers, they all say to do what I have already done!!! Attached are some screenshots of what I'm doing... Thank you, PepperMan

So I have not used the roxio hd Pro in a little bit, so I decided to hook it up and try it out, It displays the Game BUT its got a red tone to it, it shows the game but its red pretty much lol so I don't know if its broke? or if I have to download an update? I am downloading an update hoping that this fixes it but if not oh well . I'm using it with a Xbox one. any thoughts broken or just need an update? i'm assuming its broke lol.
  4. Then could you please help me with MY Roxio HD Pro Problems? I've literally used this thing ONCE in the past two years for one reason, MY DEVICE HAS NEVER WORKED!!! I've contacted Roxio CONSTANTLY, about 2 or 3 times a month to get a refund because they sold me a BROKEN product, and I haven't gotten a single response from them, in TWO YEARS!!! It's crashed every computer I've used it on, the device barely turns on before it crashes whatever computer I'm using it on. I paid GOOD money for this two years ago, and I'm so glad that you guys enforce your "Refund Policy" so well, because I would've really like to return mine and gotten a new one. Honestly, two years ago I bought air that was packaged in a container, and have tried to get in contact with you guys for a return, but whenever I did, you'd give me the same "We're really busy at the moment" response. This is not a good way to run a buisness, I didn't even get a refund DURING the 30 day period because you DIDN'T LET ME! Now I'm saying this again, and you will apologize and say "Well you didn't take advantage of the refund during the 30 days" well guess what, I DID, so I want my money back, and that's why I'm here today, to try ONCE AGAIN to get my money back that you stole from me. Don't even TRY to tell me how to fix it, because the thing never worked in the first place, it was broken right after I recorded my first 30 second long video. Wow, 30 seconds for $150, what a deal.

Hey guys I have recently just bought a new and much stronger pc for my Roxio Hd Game capture pro and when I put the disc in and go through the installation wizard I get the whole your installation has been interrupted thing. I have read the previous forum posts on this topic and still no help. My log files LogFile 15-01-18 13-15.zip
  6. So when I watch the raw video on Windows Media Player it is perfect but as soon as I put it in Videowave about half-way through the audio is around 3 seconds behind. Why is this? Thanks.
  7. Hi, just after finishing recording on my xbox 360 I unplugged the HDMI cable and plugged it into my Xbox One, but when I turned my xbox one on I just got a blue screen. It's worked before so I don't know why it isn't working... Just to check, I plugged it back into my xbox 360 and it worked again. Plugged it back into xbox one, blue screen. Help please.
