  1. Hi all - Glad to have your support here. I have had Roxio Photoshow for years and have enjoyed using it. When I got the auto renewal notice recently for my premium version I realized I hadn't used it in a long time, and never on my new Win 10 machine, so I went to the website and after messing with a new password etc, I got in but nowhere could I find a link to go to my saved Photoshows. When I click on the link at the support page for Windows to re-download the software, a new tab opens, but it goes crazy with the processing circle on the tab going forward, then backwards and the page never loads, but keeps trying. I could use some help here. I've contacted support and someone was to get back to me, but so far silence. Any wizard have the answer? Thank you so much. Peter
  2. For several months now I have been unable to upload any type of video files to Photoshow. I am running Windows 7 and mostly work with .mov files, but have also tried uploading quicktime movies, .avi files, and would be willing to try other video formats. No matter what size the files or what format I use I am unable to upload videos. I have added videos in the past with no problems. My old photoshows have videos but no shows I have created in at least the last six months have allowed me to add video. Any help would be appreciated.
  3. I was a Photoshow Premium member and created quite a few shows - all of which appear to still be on the Photoshow Premium site - however my membership has recently expired. I'm considering purchasing Roxio Creator 2012 (although I've read many negatives about it) I've been using Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 and it's been a very good program to do many things. Does Roxio Creator 2012 have Photoshow installed within its many programs? If so, why would I need to renew my membership with Photoshow Premium? Hope I've been clear and I do greatly appreciate advise/feedback. Thank you.
