  1. Hello everyone, I purchased my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro about 2 months ago. Since I bought this device it has worked fine in capturing video. No lag, no audio issues, no freeze ups or crashes. All is fine except one very annoying and distracting problem. The preview screen will flicker/flash and is distorted. This happens both when capturing and not capturing but it is ONLY in the preview screen of the software. Not the actual capture. If anyone has any information as to why this is happening and if there is a fix, that would be greatly appreciated. Just so you know, I have looked all over the forums, on YouTube and contacted Roxio customer support without any success in finding a fix for this. I have checked the cables, uninstalled and re-installed the software, applied all updates, updated my audio and video drivers, tried the Razer Game Booster solution, and have run virus scanners. None of which has helped. Also here are my PC specs in which I'm running the Roxio software on. Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 CPU Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology RAM 9.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 681MHz (9-9-9-24) Motherboard PEGATRON CORPORATION 2AB5 (CPU 1) Graphics Acer S231HL (1920x1080@60Hz) DELL S199WFP (1440x900@60Hz) 1023MB GeForce GTX 550 Ti Hard Drives 1397GB Seagate ST31500341AS (SATA) Optical Drives hp BDDVDRW CH20L Audio IDT High Definition Audio CODEC Finally here is a video showing what I am experiencing that I put on YouTube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUHzhMIfsvs Thank you for any help or info you may be able to provide.
