I'm trying to set up the 2 Roxio Game Capture Devices that I plan on using to do a recording session for my gaming channel and I keep getting issues where I get a No Signal response and my Xbox won't even show up on my TV or my computer. I've done a lot to attempt to fix it already from switching out HDMI Cords, reinstalling or repairing the software, Temporarily disabling my antivirus software, attempting to change my quality and video bitrate and dozens of other troubleshooting techniques through Youtube and other sources to no prevail. PS: I've also got an error pop up when I'd attempt to repair my Roxio Software. Photos of my attempts below.
So when i plug my roxio hd capture card into my xbox 360 it displayed on the tv and recorded fine, when i hook it up to my xbox one everything work, but the display on the tv shrinks, instead of taking up the whole tv screen,it shrinks to just 1080(i think 1080x1080 intstead of 1920x1080) so the width of the display is cut dramatically and displays black borders on the left and right sides , but appears fine on computer, on the roxio software's screen. Any help?
Hi I bought the HD Pro a while back and used it with my Xbox for a while it worked perfectly fine with it no issues what so ever. but when I plug it in now the screen glitches out like in the image below I have plugged other consoles in and they work perfectly fine no issue. all is in good in the device manager settings. I have tried different HDMI cables and TV's Is there anyway to fix this, like by changing settings/console settings or might this be a Xbox video problem. (Note: my Xbox works fine on my TV on its own but when plugged into the Capture device it doesn't display anything except what is in the image below) Thanks in advance for any feedback
