    So, my Roxio won't let me sign into my YouTube channel so I'm not able to upload any of my videos to my channel, well at least not the easy way. It says I have the wrong username or/and password, but I know 100% for certain that I have the correct ones (both) I know other people have had this problem in the past, but I have yet to find or see any solution to this issue, other than deleting your YouTube account/channel and for me that is obviously NOT an option. Can someone please help on this matter please, I'm tired of having to burn the video for several hours just to start uploading it via YouTube's own page. It would be much simpler to just upload directly from Roxio that was in the description of the product when I bought it, but as it is now it is a faulty system.

    Hey Guys, I have a monitor that has 2 HDMI IN PORTS and 1 HDMI OUT PORT. If i ran 1 HDMI from the "HDMI OUT" port on my BenQ Monitor, into the "HDMI IN" on my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, then the provided USB from the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro in my Computer, would this still enable me too record my gameplay at 720? Or, do i have to use my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro as a pass through in between my PS4 and my Monitor. Any answers on this would be great! Currently, i am also experiencing a problem where the preview screen within the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro software is Black/Purple, yet the signal say's "READY" and when i record the gameplay still comes out fine... But i'd still be able too prefer to be able too look at the preview whilst im recording too make sure everything is ok. Any ideas? Any help/tips would be appreciated! Cheers, PsYchDesmon

    Hi all, I am having trouble streaming live through Youtube and Twitch. I have verified my account on Youtube to be able to live stream content, but it keeps popping up the message make sure your Youtube account is verified. With Twitch, I have reset my password due to the breach of security. I took away my account and added it back, but when i try to stream to Twitch a window pops up with my twitch homepage and it says I am offline. Just want to bring up the attention of this problem. Thank you for your time and support.

    Hi People, So Ive had my Roxio Gamecap HD Pro for about a year now, and had absolutely no problems what so ever!.. Until recently, Upon plugging my Roxio HD into my laptop, one of two things happen; 1) My laptop blue screens, and crashes.. or 2) I boot the Recording software perfectly fine, and load the Roxio, to where I get audio but just a blue screen. Note- Im using an Xbox 360 with the Component out. I have tried using the "Virtual Dub" as an alternative software, but to no avail. Any ideas/ help? Thanks, Matt.

    Thank you in advance for any assistance, I tried the online tech support ROXIO offers and the system times out after 30minutes of waiting I get a message "waiting for agent..." Any way when I got to capture video from YouTube, I tap Web Video then a message box pops up saying "LAUNCH YOUR BROWSER TO START VIEWING VIDEO..." So I launch. Browser and I still getting the same message: "Launch your browser..." What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Josh

    I am trying to download video from Youtube. I start Easy CD Copy 5, select Copy and Convert Video, and get a 'Web Video' dialog telling me to install Flash to use this feature. When I try to install flash via Internet Explorer I am told flash is already installed and working. I am using 64 bit Windows 8.1/IE 11.0.9600.17416 which, unlike previous versions of IE, has Flash built in. How can I get it working?

    Hi, About 2 hours ago, I set up my Roxio Game Capture (standard). I recorded a couple of gameplays, no problem. However when I watched them back, they were all at 2x speed, gameplay and sound. I then tried recording 3 clips in 3 different file formats - AVI, DIVX, WMV. All yielded the same result - 2x speed of gameplay and audio. Is there any way I can fix this? Laptop specs: Intel Core i3 370m Dual Core CPU @ 2.4GHz. 4GB DDR3 RAM Intel HD Graphics 250GB HDD Awaiting your replies, James.

    Ok so I was just wondering if it was possible to change the stream delay when I stream to Twitch, It seems to be very far behind, I haven't timed it but it is for sure over 1 minute. I'm Just looking for a simple solution, and I cant seem to find one anywhere so I started this topic. And I was also wondering if it is possible to record my friends voices through a Skype call over PC? Thanks for your help in advance

    I need help with using my Roxio, my friend who had this before gave me his computer and his Roxio and his setting on it were perfect but I can not find the right setting for my Roxio so I can get at least 720p videos up on my YoutTube channel. This is the computer I use Gateway SX Series SX2110G-UW23 (DT.GEPAA.002) Desktop PC AMD Dual-Core Processor E1-1500 (1.48GHz) 6GB DDR3 500GB HDD Windows 8 64-Bit Please help!

    I recently installed the most recent software update for the roxio game capture hd pro and cannot seem to find any of my projects. Before the update I couldn't view the projects in windows explorer but could in the roxio file browser however now I cannot find them anywhere using either file browser. I would greatly appreciate if you could remedy this problem asap as I was hoping to stick to my youtube schedule of 1 video a week at least. Many Thanks The Qwerty-Gamer Hub

    Alright, so i recently got Roxio. So I edited a video I had recorded and I was ready to upload. So at the top I went to 'Upload to Youtube' and it asked me for my Username (My email for the account) and password. I entered my information, and it said Login failed. So i tried some other combinations (Username for youtube, other possible emails) and it all said the same thing. I tried to look up solutions and found little. I looked on Youtube and it said I needed to use a 2-step verification. It said i needed to generate a one-time password to connect it and allow it to connect, and then i would be able to use it like normal in the future. So I tried that and with the new password it STILL didn't work. I tired other various things later with the same result. (Eventually I export it to my computer and uploaded it, but that takes a long time, and I would much prefer to simply just upload it.) Am I doing something wrong? Is there some way I can fix this?

    OK so I create and edit a video using the roxio software and then try to share to YouTube directly through the videowave software. It transcodes and uploads to YouTube successfully but when I go onto my YouTube channel I can't find it there.

    Anytime I start capturing my Gameplay The preview screen on my recording program glitches out after a while. I have no idea what i did and my capture card is brand new.     Hey other Youtube gamers and Roxio users, I thought I would make a list of things that Roxio should add to the software because more and more people are wanting these so they sell their Roxios and buy Elgatos So heres the list: Live commentary feature that allows an external mic to be recorded and software adds commentary with the video automatically Webcam feature so people can turn on their webcams during a video Flashback recording (If Elgato can do it Roxio should be able to do it) thats basically all but if these were added I think that Roxio Game Capture HD Pro will become number 1 capture card please do not comment this will not happen because there is always a chance that it will like when sony told me over email that there is a chance PS3 will have HDCP removed soon Anyway regards Matthew (Roxio user and Youtube gamer)

    Hello! I was wondering if at ANY time soon we will be able to hook this "livestreaming option" on Twitch, Youtube, and Justin.tv. I do most of my recording on Youtube. And alot of times do a lot of streaming on Youtube. In the next update of the software. I'm thinking that if you are NOT a partner. The software will detect that and allow you to register for a partner. You are able to choose 1 or 2 live streaming options. Depending on the specifications of your computer/internet. You will be able to record all 3 at the same time! So I am wondering. Will this be available soon?

    Im trying to upload straight to youtube but it always says my information is incorrect but it is. My Youtube username is PJ DUNN could that be the reason since theres a space? I tried my alternative name PJxDUNN but it doesnt work...help?
