  1. I'm tried exporting a video to both Vimeo and YouTube and I keep getting error message saying the export failed or I can't log in to my account. Any ideas.
  2. So, my Roxio won't let me sign into my YouTube channel so I'm not able to upload any of my videos to my channel, well at least not the easy way. It says I have the wrong username or/and password, but I know 100% for certain that I have the correct ones (both) I know other people have had this problem in the past, but I have yet to find or see any solution to this issue, other than deleting your YouTube account/channel and for me that is obviously NOT an option. Can someone please help on this matter please, I'm tired of having to burn the video for several hours just to start uploading it via YouTube's own page. It would be much simpler to just upload directly from Roxio that was in the description of the product when I bought it, but as it is now it is a faulty system.
  3. I uploaded a video to youtube and the game audio is lagging. you see the gun fire and the enemy die and then you hear the gun fire afterwards. how do I fix this?

I have recently purchased the HD pro after using the standard for many years however I have found that directly uploading a 1080p video from videowave to youtube downgrades it to 480p maximum available on youtube. If however I save the file first then manually upload it, it is fine in full glorious 1080p HD. Why can't videowave upload it in the correct quality? This is appaulling for bundled software to reduce the quality. Please help, and advise what i am doing wrong or fix the issue. Win7 64bit, 30fps production setting, video captured 1080p, only modification in videowave is a colour panel at the start for the titles.. .
