So, my Roxio won't let me sign into my YouTube channel so I'm not able to upload any of my videos to my channel, well at least not the easy way. It says I have the wrong username or/and password, but I know 100% for certain that I have the correct ones (both) I know other people have had this problem in the past, but I have yet to find or see any solution to this issue, other than deleting your YouTube account/channel and for me that is obviously NOT an option. Can someone please help on this matter please, I'm tired of having to burn the video for several hours just to start uploading it via YouTube's own page. It would be much simpler to just upload directly from Roxio that was in the description of the product when I bought it, but as it is now it is a faulty system. -
Hello, I was just wondering how could I delete my roxio online account. Not unsubscribe from e-mails but completely delete the account to where I can no longer log in. Thank you.

Hey I bought my Roxio Game Capture over a year ago and I am looking to sell it on eBay. The problem is I don't have my CD, and I don't know how I could give the next person my activation code without releasing information about my Roxio account which has some details on it. Any suggestions?

So basically, i have misplaced my roxio game cap intallation cd. I still have the serial code and have the roxio game cap registered on my account. Just yesterday, i got a new laptop that has the system requirements to handle my game cap for xbox. Can i get a software download off the internet? I mean, i do have the serial # and its registered to my account... One more thing, I have the software on my desktop computer but it runs windows xp so I tried to put it on a usb and put it on my laptop which is windows 7. Still doesnt work. Help Please?

Videowave Already Running On Another User Account?

i stopped recording gameplay for a while, came back to try to record some new gameplay which i can record still but when i got to edit the video i click the edit and share button and nothing happens, i double click the button and up pops a message saying "the task you are attempting to initiate requires VideoWave, but it is already running in another users account on this machine" i do not have any other users on this computer. I tried the Ctrl alt Delete method and when to processes and click show all users processes and cant seem to find videowave running anywhere. saw that someone else posted the same problem a while ago just wondering if theres any other solutions?
