  1. My recently purchased "VHS to DVD3 plus" keeps giving me a message the the product is not activated. I have "registered" the product on line but cannot complete installation past "activation". I'm not having any luck through tech support on this. What do I do? I should add that I put in the Product Key provided with the CD and that's when I get the message.

  3. I purchased Cineplayer DVD Decoder for windows XP about a week ago. The computer I use it on however does not have internet access. I am wondering if anyone can tell me how I can activate it offline? I have the offline activation ID the software supplied. I have tried registering for a support code using my order number and the software key, but neither of them work with the website. I filled out the form to manually get a support code from tech support, but the corel help desk has not responded. My apologies if this is the wrong forum to put this in, but this appears the most active of the 'legacy' DVD products. Much Thanks!
  4. Ok, so I have two computers; the one I am currently using to capture using the Roxio, and another one, which has a better Processor and more RAM. Because of this, I think I would like to install the Roxio onto the better computer. However, I need to update it to Windows 7, because my OS isn't accepted for some reason. How can I obtain another code for when I make the jump from computer to computer?
  5. I have been using Roxio Premium and Roxio Desktop for some time and have created and uploaded 24 shows. When they are completed I convert them to mp4 so that I can play them on my Ipad. Having completed my 24th show, I click on Export Video only to get a notice that says "This product requires activation over the internet in ordere to use certain features. You have reached the maximum number of activation. Please press OK to access Roxio Support Website. Once opened, I am not sure what to do or where to go!! Am I limited to only 24 photos? My premium membership does not expire for several months - how can I convert the files? I have never had any success with converting from the Web site, they promise to email me when converted but I never hear any more!
