Both ROXIO and CustomerServices@digitalriver.com will not assist with a corrupted Blue Ray plug-in software.
My main PC hard drive corrupted but fortunately I was able to recover the main 1.5 GB program.
Unfortunately a very small plug0in Blue-ray sofdtware was totally corrupted.
I have MUCH invested in the 2012 Creator.
Unfortunately, ROXIO tech support will not assist on that Plug-in.
I would suspect the NXT plug-in has differences so I want to acquire or purchase somebody's plug-in Blue-ray software.
Any suggestions ?
