I am trying to record using Roxio Game Capture Pro. I have the device plugged in to usb. I have an HDMI running from my gpu's out port to roxio's "input" then another hdmi coming out of roxio's "output" into the monitor. I tested each cable individually, and they work perfectly fine. I have tried editing the monitors settings, as well as my gpu's. Nothing seems to work because my screen still looks blurry. For example in the screenshot, the words look blurry. Note- I saw on a post that roxio game capture should show up twice on my device manager? It only shows up once for me.. Please help! EDIT: I am looking at the image i posted. When i took the screenshot "FTB Mage Quest" looks blurry. This seems to prove that it isn't my gpu going crazy (MSI R9 390) but rather it is the game capture pro that is struggling. I have tried removing all the cables, then plugging in the hdmi's, then the usb cable into the game capture. It still looks blurry :/
Hello, I just got my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro yesterday, and I can't seem to get it to work right. I have a similar problem to this topic: http://forums.suppor...o-signal-issue/ I've done multiple Installs, repairs ect... nothing seems to work. The options button causes the software to crash. I'm using the component cables on a Nintendo Wii, and HDMI to the TV. (I have an Xbox if I should be trouble shooting with that instead) Audio and picture on the TV is fine. Software starts with: Status No Signal. I Adjust the Quality in the Software, It starts Fine but quickly becomes blurry and unusable. (Audio quality is ok, Cuts in and out with the video ?) The Options Button Crashes the Program. The Service "RoxMediaDBGame1X" is Running. In Short I have no Idea what's going on. Any help would be great, Thanks All. EDIT: I Forgot to note that This PC has no CD-ROM, I had to use a networked pc's drive, don't see how that could cause a problem but I figured you may want to know. EDIT 2: Xbox Component and HDMI yield similar results PC INFO: RGC_Log_12142013_1.txt
So after i record a clip in 720p i double click on it to look at the quality, the quality is usually really good. But when i open it up in video wave the quality seems to degrade, any suggestions that could stop this happening. Thanks.
Hi guys, I have done a search of the forums and it seems like an all too common problem but I don't seem to be able to find a fix.. I have the blurred picture on the telly when my game cap device is plugged in. When I plugged the component cable directly into the TV the picture quality was perfect, but when I route through the game cap it's blurred and not even close to 720p. Any suggestions? Cheers.
