  1. I Lost My Cd And I Have My Product Code, I Need The Software

So i just got the regular Capture card for capturing from consoles to PC, i hooked eveything up and installed everything. then i tryed capturing footage, it got the audio but the video was a static (not moving) or just black screen on PC screen. Is it a problem with the cables i used? i already tried the patch and that did not help one bit. please help!
  3. Everytime I open the software and press the capture button that opens the capture software I get a blue screen. Not immediately but many times it says no signal in green and sometimes in red. Which frustrates me too, the majority of the time I cant even record. But eventually I always get the blue screen even when i do have an option to record (yes the roxio is actually working...) which is rare, I will still many times get the blue screen. This alarms me because it is a threat to my computer. I have uninstalled, re-installed and repaired, nothing seems to work. I have also scanned and cleaned my computer, but still I am getting the blue screen all the time. Sometimes I get it when the software says no signal so I mess with the roxio cable and many times when I insert it back into the roxio device again I get the blue screen. Also, the software will sometimes says "the capture device has been lost". So the roxio doesnt seem to work very well or often and I am always getting the blue screen. This is very frustrating because I can never use it, I have re-installed it countless times, and the blue screen worries me that this software is potentially harming my computer. If anyone knows what is causing this please help, or if anyone else is having the same problem feel free to add.

Hello everyone on this discussion page and everyone in roxio, I have a serious issue and I need a Guru to help me out (or anyone on that matter) A group and I are creating a film on Xbox Live, and we use a Roxio Game Capture Card to record it with. Since our laptop had gone into repair, it came out with a bigger issue than we thought. Apparently, there were so many viruses in the computer that it actually crashed the hard drive, meaning everything had to be wiped; and in the process, removing the Roxio Game Capture software. We have spent about a week looking for the installation disk, but we have had no luck. So I am asking Roxio if they could help me in any way possible to get the software back. Please? Also, just a few notices 1) We have no support code 2) The disk is lost 3) We would be happy if Roxio or a Guru can contact us on here and send us a link to a software download. We will do anything they ask (I.e. Send a pic of the product etc.) Thank you and I hope to hear from you ASAP as filming starts this week Thanks

HEllo i lost my game capture cd but i do have the software downloaded onto my home desktop computer....i was talkin to support and they told me to try to get the software onto a flash drive and download it to my new laptop....can anyone help me???? i dont really get the process because the launch pad will not launch....also i think they should just let people download the software...i mean you need the product to capture anyways...i am considering on buying a different company product....but unless if roxio can help me get this done than ill stay with roxio thank you....

    Need Help Fast! :(

    hi, i received my roxio game capture device, the setup was easy peasy but then i tried to download the software on my pc but the installation cancelled and i have no idea what to do now, i really want this to work, also when i look into the log files i get 3 files everytime, DIRECTX_FEB10_Uninstall and DIRECTX_FEB10_Install and also SONIC_SETUP when i try to download microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 it also gives me an error that says that i have to go to configurationscreen and install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1
