  1. New Windows 10 laptop. Installed Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus (Build 301B72A) -- no sweat. Ran it with a DVD-R disk -- seemed to run fine. Took a while to close the disk, but eventually reported Complete. However, DVD won't play on Sony DVD/Blu-Ray player on which DVD-R are identified as playable. Player shows "Cannot operate this disk" on loading, and then a "?" symbol. Won't play on the computer -- Roxio Cineplayer (Roxio 2011) launches, but then disappears when I tell it to play the DVD it discovered (separate Windows 10 compatibility issue?). Thoughts?
  2. Hi, I'm having quite a bit of a problem with my Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus. I was trying to burn a video that is 3:59:99 hour long and the split option is not appearing. However, when I use a shorter video that has 2 hrs or more but less than 3 Hrs duration, the split function does appear. I have tried checking the span option but it doesn't seem to help. I have also noticed that there is a warning sign on my video's thumbnail. If anyone has any idea, that would be much appreciated. Thank you.
  3. Just bought software two days ago. Created two DVD-Rs from two ~60-minute long VHS tapes using direct "Record DVD" function. Both play fine on my Sony DVP-NS57P CD/DVD Player. Used "Record, Edit, Save" function to read in the same two tapes (happen to be Volumes 1 and 2 of an instructional series), edited and linked them together, and burned onto DVD+R DL. When loaded into the player, "Playback prohibited by area limitations." appears on-screen, and "CANNOT PLAY" scrolls across the front panel display. Operating Instructions for the player clearly include "DVD+R DL" as a supported format. DVD plays back fine in computer (Toshiba Satellite L-70 w/Windows 7 Pro 64-bit) in which created. Thoughts?
